Sales and promotion of various financial products offered by Edelweiss Broking

Customer acquisition

Explaining companys product offering to the customer

Servicing the customers acquired and managing their portfolios and generation of revenue from those clients

Remuneration

CTC

Rs 3 lacs p.a

Fixed Component

Rs 1.8 lacs to Rs 2 lacs p.a

Variable component

Varies from Rs 60 K to Rs 6 lacs pa
