What is stress?
Feeling you get from prolonged, unexpressed emotions. Prolonged stress effect your productivity job and health condition. Feelings of stress in humans result from interactions between persons and their environment that are perceived as straining or exceeding their adaptive capacities and threatening their well-being.

Emotional tension usually occurs when situations are considered difficult or unmanageable. Physical tension of the body to various triggers. It is often leads to emotional stress, and emotional stress is frequently experienced as physical discomfort (e.g., stomach cramps).

Stress management
A set of programs or techniques intended to help people deal more effectively with stress .

Is stress bad?
Stress is a positive and motivating force that energises you towards your goal. This is called eustress. But when the demands on your life outweigh your ability to cope, stress can be destructive and produce negative effects. This is called distress.

Emotional symptoms
negative self-talk becoming easily confused eating too much finding it difficult to concentrated finding it hard to make decisions feeling restless

Causes of stress
Financial problems. - when we are not be able to do what we want to due to lack of money. Conflicts at workplace. - you might have problem at workplace such as poor communications between the team, bullying, lack of feedback on performance and working long hours.

- personal problem in your relationship. For example, illness of family member and arguments with spouses.

Not having enough time.


- Frequently you can be running around all day trying to balance all your tasks at work and at home, yet still not manage to tick everything off your list.

Managing stress
Laugh.
- Maintain your sense of humour, including the ability to laugh at yourself.
Talk it out. - Share your feelings. Perhaps a friend, family or member can help you see your problem in a different light. Talking with someone else can help clear your mind of confusion so that you can focus on problem solving.

Manage your time. - plan ahead. Make a reasonable schedule for yourself. Look for the positive. - stay calm and relax. What matters is the present moment. Connect with others. - seek out activities involving others.

Managing stress can help you have less pain and feel healthier. Learn to identify those situations you can do something about and those you cant. Remember that you can't change others. Keep in mind that no one is perfect. Seek professional help for serious problems. ..
