TRANSPARENT SCREEN

OLED is a flat light emitting technology, made by placing a series of organic thin films between two conductors. OLEDs are organic because they are made from carbon and hydrogen. Because OLEDs emit light they do not require a backlight and so are thinner and more efficient than LCD.

TOUCH SCREEN TECHNOLOGY

There are 3 components used in touch screen technology: 1.The touch sensor is a panel with a touch responsive surface. Systems are built based on different types of sensors: resistive (most common), surface acoustic wave, and capacitive (most smart phones). 2.The controller, is the hardware that converts the voltage changes on the sensor into signals the computer or other device can receive.

TOUCH SCREEN TECHNOLOGY

3.Software tells the computer, Smartphone, game device, etc, what's happening on the sensor and the information coming from the controller. Who's touching what where; and allows the computer or smart phone to react accordingly. However, in general sensors have an electrical current running through them and touching the screen causes a voltage change. The voltage change signals the location of the touching.

WI-FI

Wireless Technology is an alternative to Wired Technology, which is commonly used, for connecting devices in wireless mode. Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity) is a generic term that refers to the IEEE 802.11 communications standard for Wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs).

A Wi-Fi hotspot is created by installing an access point to an internet connection. An access point acts as a base station.

Guess what you can do with a Touch screen, Camera, Scanner, WiFi, and Google Maps

View a building through it, and it gives you all the information about that building.

Choose a building and touch a floor and it tells you more details of the building.

Indoor guide: Works in a building, airport, station, hospital, etc.

Getting data of a weather forecast.

It's got a scanner built in.

You can use it this way when you want to check the meaning of a word in the newspaper, book, magazine, etc.

Automatic simultaneous translation: Here Latin to English.

Search keyword: Helpful when you want to find out a word from a newspaper/ book.

Speech Balloons for the Hearing-Impaired

If we could instantly visualize how people speak, wouldnt it be nice for the hearingimpaired?

Nutrition: This kind of function would be helpful for health freaks.

Its a Mobile Computing Device combination of touch screen, camera, scanner, Google maps, Wi-Fi by Internet giant, Google., provides the user with a wealth of information while on the move. The images show a device that consists of a transparent screen that, can instantly display information about the object accessed from the Internet via Wi-Fi. The device can also provide automatic translations of documents framed in the screen and even search framed documents for specific keywords or phrases.

Images represent a conceptual design for a device that might be developed in the future. The designer of the Looking Glass Concept believes that future user interfaces will be much easier to use, more intuitive, and will understand human feelings to some extent. Looking Glass visualizes the world. It's a real-time information visualization assistant that can be carried anywhere.

CONCLUSION

The communication devices are becoming smaller and compact. This is only an example for the start of this new technology. Is initially designed for people who want to experience a computing environment in a small package. Advantage with technology is portability and feasibility.
