INTRODUCTION
Management of the employees is determinant to the company as their contribution often decides the value of the business. The advantage of employee management system which you should look into before choosing the one to buy is that it gives you capacity to keep track of your companys workforce from any part of the world. Organizations that are spread across geographical locations with their offices are most benefitted by such a system. You can track and manage any employee with such system. The system records the time spent by each employee on an assigned project and the exact skills used. These records form basis on which appraisal or promotions are considered

Such a system can cut the costs of management and increase the profit margin of the company by taking of some burden from the organizations funds. Employee management system is flexible and can be easily adapted to the working frame of any company. Overall business development depends on effective management of employees to large extent. OBJECTIVE
Employee Management System is Android based application. Using this application employer can maintain their employee details. In these days everyone is using android based phones. Accessing the application from mobile is very easy and maintenance free comparing to the desktop application which we can access from PC.
We can say this is the future generation application. The main usage of this app is we can access from any location i.e. we can communicate to the world from any place. Tracking the information of employees is always easy to the employer. This system design is modularized into various categories. This system has enriched UI so that a novice user did not feel any operational difficulties. This system mainly concentrated in designing various reports requested by the users as well as higher with export to excel options.
EXISTING SYSTEM
Maintaining the employee details in books is very time taking process, for that reason in market the people are using web applications or windows based application, but always we cant move with PC.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
Here, we are developing the application which supports android mobile, so it is easy to carry the mobile with in pocket. We can export the records to CSV file format. In this application we are including extensive tools for adding departments, and additions utillites for calling, sending sms/mms mails.
MODULES
Admin Hr Employee
ADMIN:
Admin will take care of all the activities that can be taken in Organization. Admin will manage the Hr, Employee information such as adding the details, Editing, Removing, etc. Admin will send Information regarding the Organizational events to the Hr as well as Employee. So that it makes an ease of communication to the Employees without depending on the third party networking. Admin will responsible for the each and every transaction that can be involved in this management System. So that it meets the primary invocation details of the entire work responsible.
HR: Human resource manager is the responsible for the Employee transactions. Hr is the Second authoritys operator for the employee management System. So that in these application levels of usage will be maintained by categorizing these modules. Hr module will explore the contents of managing their own privileges and also enter the details of an employee, but they cant update or modify the employee details. If any information comes from employee i.e. any query send by the employee hr is the responsible person to solve that.
EMPLOYEE: Employee will be the part of this application. In this employee can view their information and also change or update their primary details.
Requests or views can be sending to the Hr/Admin according to the situations. So that these can be processed at their base level. So each and every transaction will be more prominent so that maintain privileges. So that levels of security can be maintained.
