Call center executer is system for centralizing information services, streamlining order taking and providing valuable customer support.

has wide scope in Call centers, BPOs. Helps employees to enter customer details. Helps Admin for viewing, managing employees & customer details

PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION
Existing

system is a manual system. Data may be lost due to mismanagement. Data is stored in the form of excel sheets. Data is stored in disk drives. Only small amount of data is supported

CONCLUSION
Project helped me in gaining knowledge in SQL server,.Asp.net. Benefits:- Web enabled , Accuracy, Simplicity . Limitations:- Training for computer operations is necessary, Database maintenance is necessary due to day2day size increase
