ARMY
Pakistan Army is mainly responsible for:
Protection of the state borders The security of administered territories Defending the national interests of Pakistan within the framework of its international obligations.

For instance

Corps : Composed of two or more divisions, and typically commanded


by a lieutenant general.

Division: Large military unit or formation consisting 10,000 or 15,000


soldiers a division is composed of several regiments or brigades.

Brigade: Major tactical military formation that is typically composed of


two to five battalions.

Regiment: Variable numbers of batteries, squadrons or battalions,


commanded by a colonel or lieutenant colonel.

Battalion: Military unit of around 3001,300 soldiers usually consisting


of between two and seven companies.
