More flexible: Research says that biologically women have a smaller brain as compared to the male one, but they have more nerve cells. More accessible and better at empowering people: The inherent maternal instinct that is within every woman makes them more accessible and they are more ready and willing to empower others. Define job expectations better and give excellent feedback: Thats because they are generally more articulate. They also shower appreciation easily and seek opinion without getting jittery. Generally, they outperform men at communications and interpersonal skills Better adaptability: By nature, women are more adaptable and malleable.
