4. Ritual Work Management
2. Records Management - includes the proper recording of the minutes of meetings, special events or activities, safekeeping of records, submission of the required reports to the Supreme Council, turnover of records to the new officers, and reservation of records.
3. Financial Management - involves the proper handling of Lodge funds needed to support the year long activities and projects of the Lodge. A good financial management should end the year with an excess cash balance. 4. Ritual Work Management - involves the proper performance of the various ceremonies of the Craft. Proficiency is a must for someone to be able to perform the rituals properly.
