On the first day of employment, you are given Job Description concerning responsibilities of your position. You are provided with fascinating job role. You are provided with personal work space, computer and mobile phone (if necessary).

Adaptation Program and Orientation Days has been prepared by HR Department of Career Weavers. The program is addresses to every new employee of the company and make you familiar with your job role.

Each new employee, from the first day of employment, is provided with their own supervisor.

The role of the supervisor is to train you and make you independent after the period of the training. The period of training is 1 week. Within this time you are provided with necessary information and inctructions concerning your job role.

The company was established 21 January 2008 by Sir Amit Kakkar Managing Director.
We started with only 10 employees and within just 1.5 year the number of employess has increased to nearly 40.

Ebonics is a state of an art English Training Institue which endeavor is to provide the students good grip over English lanuguage. We provide our students with Spoken English and IELTS (International English Language Testing System) courses. Students have also an unique opportunity to interact with foreign interns and take part in multicultural modules of the courses.

Mission: To provide trained manpower to Aviation and Hotel industry.


Our trainers provide a major platform to those aspiring to become Air Hostesses, Flight Purser, 5* Hotel executives. We offer one course namely One Year Diploma in Aviation and Hospitality Management.

In HR Department, we not only take care of the recruitment processes but we also take care of all our employees and support them in their everyday work. HR Department is responsible for both external and internal recruitment processes. We do our best to make our employees feel safe and comfortable.

Each new employee is provided with Adaptation Training and Orientation Days that help you get familiar with the company, its structure and culture.

This year (2009) Amit Kakkar Managing Director of the company decided for the cooperation with AIESEC.
Present in over 107 countries and territories and with over 35,000 members, AIESEC is the world's largest studentrun organisation. Focused on providing a platform for youth leadership development, AIESEC offers young people the opportunity to be global citizens, to change the world, and to get experience and skills that matter today. At the moment there are two interns from different countries, USA and Poland. We expect one more from Germany, coming in September. So far we have also had a few interns from India that had a chance to work on their own projects.

Dress code Information Flow Etiquette

All societies have dress codes, most of which are unwritten but understood by most members of society. Formal dress code in Career Weavers enables us to project the professional image. We are professionals that is why we project the image of a trustworthy, knowledgeable business professional for the clients who seek our guidance, input and professional services.

The problem of information flows in social organizations is relevant to issues of productivity, innovation and the sorting out of useful ideas out of the general chatter of a community. How information spreads determines the speed with which individuals can act and plan their future activities. (Information Flow in

Effective information flow depends on you! By giving definite information and assuring yourself that your co-worker understands it, you contribute to the company performance. Do not hesitate to ask questions. Sometimes irrelevant questions turn out to be even more than relevant.

Performance gap occurs when performance does not meet the goals and standards set by the company. The aim of feedback system is to inform the employee about the quaulity of their performance.
