Seat number for exam

If the candidate appears for more than one semester during that Examination, seat number for same candidate is different for different semesters. If a candidate is regular Student for 4th Semester, but he has to appear for 3rd & 2nd Semesters failure subjects also, he will be allotted 3 different Seat Numbers. In such case his status for 4th semester is R and for 3rd and 2nd semester X

Enrollment number
1. If candidate is enrolled before academic year 2009-10, first two digits implies the year of admission of that Candidate. If candidate is enrolled in academic year 2009-10 and onwards first two digits implies the year of admission of that Candidate ,next four digits implies Institute code and last four digits implies serial number of the candidate of that Institute. Eg 0901160087,1000070086,08034538 2. Enrollment for every student is unique and is same throughout his diploma/ Advance diploma/post diploma education even for change of branch, change of Institute, change of course and double diploma .The candidate has to fill on-line-enrollment-form with the original Enrollment number but with changed information. Enrollment plays a major role in declaring results.

1. The candidate has to fill on-line-enrollment-form with the original Enrollment number but with new information of branch/Institute/course of double diploma / Advance diploma/post diploma education. 2. If Enrollment number is correct , carry forward of marks of 1st, , 3rd, 5th semester to 2nd, 4th, & 6th Semester takes place in case of C master . The correctness of candidates final semester mark sheet is entirely dependent on the correctness of his Enrollment number as , his record of pre-final semester is taken from common field i.e. enrollment number .

Status of candidate

R status is for Regular candidate. Status R should be mentioned only for those candidate who are appearing for the first time for that semester examination. If the candidate is appearing for the first time for ME 2 E examination, his status is R for that first semester. If the candidate has taken admission in direct 3rd semester and appearing for 1st , 2nd backlog subjects & all subjects of 4 sem , his status for all the three semesters will be R as he is appearing for all the three semesters for the first time. Disallowed Candidates taken admission in the same semester in next academic year has status R. Last exam, last seat number for the same disallowed semester should not be mentioned. If the candidate is disallowed in 4C in S10 & has taken admission in S11 for 4E , is of R status .

 candidates punished in copying case in Winter-2010 exam are not eligible to take admission in next semester in their punishment period .They will be eligible to take admission only in the next semester when their punishment period is completed.
In the punishment period , candidate can not appear for any of the exams . After completing the punishment period , he can take admission in next semester ,complete the term & appear for the exam.

Status of candidate

If R-candidate of 3E has punishment of 1+1 (W10+S11) in Winter-2010 exam for copying , his marks of SW of 3E are retained & his all exams of Winter-2010 exam are cancelled (if appearing for 1E, 2E etc) . He is not eligible to take admission in 4E semester in his punishment period .His term of 4E will be completed in S12 , but can appear for 1E , 2E , 3E in W11

Appear code is used to represent meaning with which candidate is appearing for examination. Y : indicates candidate whose record of subjects, last exam, last seat was available while filling on-line-exam form & has to appear for exam for 1st attempt or more than first attempt(R or X). A : indicates additional candidate to be added in course, year, master for that semester whose record of subjects,last exam, last seat was not available while filling on-line-exam form &has to appear for exam for 1st attempt or more than first attempt(R or X). D : indicates candidates who have taken admission in 3rd semester directly (direct admission) & appearing for 1st & 2nd and 3rd semester for the 1st time. E Must be used in Seating chart of 1st & 2nd semesters only and D for 3rd Semester. E : indicates Exemption in case of subjects for that semester.

I : Indicates Performance improvement. Candidates who are appearing for class improvement can appear only for theory subjects after completing diploma & within one year of time period ( 5th & 6th / 7th & 8th ) independently or together in case of C master code . R : Reappearing for improvement of marks in already passed subjects in pre final & final semester, even if diploma is not completed. If candidate is failed in some subjects & passed in some subjects of pre final & final semester, can appear for passed subject for scoring higher marks. S : Indicates candidates who are appearing under Double (Second) Diploma. eg. Candidate who has completed diploma in mechanical engineering and taken admission for civil engineering etc.He has to fill enrollment form with new course code( new Institute code if any) but his enrollment number remains same

C : Indicates candidate has changed his course by following the

Prescribed procedure and is appearing to newly admitted course, i.e. Change of course after completing 1st & 2nd semester. He has to fill enrollment form with new course code but his enrollment number remains same even though course is hanged. T :Indicates Candidate has changed his Institute by following the Prescribed procedure and is appearing from his new Institute. He has to fill enrollment form from his new Institute but his enrollment number remains same even though Institute is changed. M : Candidates who are appearing under switch over of master. Change of master Like S to A or A to C, with 1A completed / ATKT & taken admission to 3 E) X : Indicates candidate is deleted from main seating chart. If candidate comes under wrong Institute, course, year, master, in such case that candidate must be deleted from that wrong institute, course, year, master and accordingly put under correct course, year, master with appropriate appear code.

Candidates appearing for a particular semester/year for the first time, Current master codes for Regular status are Eligible students. For All Semester pattern Courses 2,4,6,8 Semesters Regular Candidates. 1,3,4 Semester In case of Exemption. 5 Semester In case of candidates availing one time opportunity For All Yearly pattern Courses. Course code & Master code have great importance while generating pre-exam documents.

Eligible candidates for R status

Candidates who have availed facility one time opportunity in S-2010 & have completed term for 5C will be declared eligible / or not eligible for appearing exam only after declaration of result of W-2010. Those eligible candidates can apply only after declaration of result for 5C & 6C simultaneously through R-link. Presently their Enrollment No. is not included in the R-candidates. Institute should not demand for addition of such candidates for filling exam form through Regular-link before declaration of W-2010 results. Also those candidates who have availed the facility of one-time opportunity in S-2007, while switching over from yearly pattern. A scheme to semester pattern C scheme & are eligible for appearing in S-2011 for 3rd year, A master are not included in the database of Rcandidates. They will also be declared eligible for appearing for exam only after declaration of W-2010 examination.

Regular candidates appearing for S-2011 exam have only two possible appear code.

Y - Candidate present in the data for appearing in S-2011 exam with Correct Course Code , Year Code , Master Code. E - Direct Third semester admitted students or Change of Course Students who have not appeared for 1st or 2nd Semesters backlog subjects in W-10 exam & appearing for 1st or 2nd Semesters backlog subjects for the first time in S-2011 with exemption in some of the subjects. If the candidate has appeared for 1st & 2nd Semester in W-2010 & if he fails in backlog subjects, his status for 1st & 2nd Semester is X & his appear code will be Y (not E) if his record is present in the dada for Xstudents.

Regular candidates appearing for S-2011 exam have only two possible appear code.

Candidates disallowed in W-2010 for 1st ,3rd & 5th Semester are not eligible for filling on line examination form for 2nd ,4th & 6th Semester. Candidates of copying case in W-2010 exam, should complete to term of next higher semester, but fill exam form only when they become eligible.

Marks of previously passed subjects of that semester will be carried forward only if his enrollment no, course, year, master & last exam, last seat no. matches with the record in History table. X candidate of any previous course code & master code can appear for the S-2011 examination. Candidates who are appearing for equivalent papers of E-master must be X candidates of C-master. X Candidates are appearing for equivalent papers of E-master, but their master is remains C & not E .

Fee receipt concept

Four Pillars India Pvt Ltd.

Institute will not issue fee receipt to student from Fee Receipt Book of MSBTE for S-2011 exam. Fee Receipt will be generated online. When Candidate fills online exam form & takes printout of his exam form ,it will be without fee details. Once the exam form is confirmed by the Institute, fee receipt will be generated with all details of fee paid by the candidate , like date of confirmation , amount fee paid (form fee ,normal fee , late penalty split) & receipt number. Fee receipt will be generated on-line when and only when candidates exam form is confirmed by the Institute.

Now if the candidate takes printout of his exam form ,after confirmation by the Institute it will be with fee details like date of confirmation , amount of fee paid & receipt number.

Fee receipt concept

Four Pillars India Pvt Ltd.

This method has been adapted to establish proper communication between person collecting fee / Cashier, Student Sections representative and the person confirming the on-line exam form of Candidates. Fee Receipt Report generated will give details like enrollment number , name , Course , year, master , amount , date of confirmation . Total number of candidates filling exam form with normal fee & total amount of normal fee , total number candidates filling exam form with late fee & total amount with late fee & total number candidates filling exam form with penalty fee & total amount with penalty will be displayed at the bottom of the report . Sum of all the 3 amounts should match with DD submitted to RBTE office .

Difference while confirming on-line exam form in Institute login If Candidate had filled exam form through Institute login in W-2010 confirmed by Candidate & Institute both simultaneously by default. In S-2011Institute has to Fill And confirm Separately Facility for addition of enrollment no was given for online exam form for R & X candidate in W-2010 exam. No such facility is provided for S-2011 exam. In case if Institute finds Eligible candidate & want to add then Mail Candidate Details in Given Format.

If candidates record is for wrong course, master & candidate has filled wrong exam form with wrong details, Institute can delete his exam form Before confirmation By RBTE with Proper remark. Four Pillars India Pvt PROBLEMS IN WINTER 2010 EXAMINATION Ltd. Regular Candidates filled Exam form through X link instead of R link. X Candidates filled Exam form through R link instead of X link In case of change of course, change of institute, Enrollment form Filled as fresh.

For direct admission, change of course, change of institute, only 3rd semester Exam form was filled with status R through R link & 1st & 2nd semester exam forms were filled through X link. Direct admission , change of course, change of institute, candidates have filled exam form only for 3rd semester, and not filled form for 1st & 2nd semester.
Candidates claiming Exemption in particular semester for some subject have not filled exam form through exemption module. Candidates have filled exam form, but Institute has not confirmed.

PROBLEMS IN WINTER 2010 EXAMINATION Candidates have filled exam form, Institute has confirmed but RBTE has not confirmed. Candidates of change of course, change of institute, Improvement, Reappearing, Double diploma, change of scheme have not filled exam form through given prescribed modules. Same candidates have filled exam forms for multiple semester ( like 1E, 2C ) but with different master codes. Same candidates have filled exam forms for same semester, year with multiple courses. ( like ME3E,CE3E ) without cancelling the wrong entry. Initially TM & SW subject were not shown while filling online exam form. Later on they were displayed. All 3rd semester candidates are appearing for 1st time, Some schemes of 3E were displayed late. As schemes were uploaded late, candidates filled exam form late. Pharmacy Class Improvement Not Filled Exam Form.
