Now one of America’s fastest-growing providers of online payroll services, Paycom introduced its web-based payroll platform in 1998. Since the firm first opened its doors, Paycom has created approximately 550 jobs, the bulk of which are based in its brand-new headquarters on Oklahoma City’s Memorial Road.
Paycom was recently honored for its commitment to quality and innovation with the Entrepreneurial Excellence Award, presented to company CEO Chad Richison in May 2012 by Mark Costello, Oklahoma’s commissioner of labor. With a consistent annual revenue growth rate of 40%, Paycom marked its ninth consecutive appearance in 2011 on Oklahoma City’s Metro 50 List, a shortlist for the city’s fastest-growing private companies. Paycom is one of only two Oklahoma City firms to have achieved this honor nine times. Paycom has also been an Inc. 500/5000 honoree for six years in a row.
With the highest standards in information security and quality management, in 2011 Paycom joined the ranks of a select number of firms to have been awarded ISO 27001:2005 certification, which formally recognizes the compliance processes and controls the firm has in place to diminish security risks. Paycom received ISO 9001:2008 certification for the quality management processes that ensure its products and services meet the needs of customers and stakeholders, while satisfying regulatory requirements.
With a corporate culture that values community, Paycom donates to many local charities, with the firm matching employee donations by 150%. In 2011, more than $30,000 was distributed to Anna’s House, the Food for Kids Backpack Program, and the Children’s Advocacy Center. The company rallied nationwide to ensure that the holidays were special for children, creating a Winter Wonderland event at company headquarters, donating outerwear to Warmth 4 Winter, and adopting families from the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree project.lihat lebih sedikit
