He is a Shareholder with the Redot Center for National Security and Constitutional Law as well as with the Redot Center for Law and Economics, both in Washington, DC. Actively involved in legal scholarship, he recently collaborated with Charles A. Shanor of Emory Law in the next installment of his book, Counterterrorism Law, for its 2013 - 2014 edition.
Before making the move to law, Timothy Batchelor held a number of management positions in finance and entertainment. He sold his successful entertainment finance firm to an overseas REDOT affiliate, shortly after he funded and packaged the Vin Diesel feature film Riddick. Tim Batchelor is also widely sought for interviews by a number of major financial media outlets, including Barron's and The Wall Street Journal, CBS MarketWatch, dating back to the late 2000s where his opinions began to be cited on various complex financial instruments and the disruptions caused to the world's capital markets. Now focused full-time on fields pertinent to Constitutional and National Security Law, Tim Batchelor recently cited David Cole's Terrorism and the Constitution as a must read for successful practitioners.lihat lebih sedikit
