She studied Spanish and English as a Second Language and Education at Michigan State University. She is currently a Spanish teacher in Schoolcraft, Michigan, just south of Kalamazoo. She taught for three years in North Carolina and is currently in her fourth year of teaching. She is a part of the technology committee at her school and enjoys learning new technology tips she can incorporate into her classroom.
