follow the progress of these technologies. One of these technologies is the multimedia networking
technology we call the internet. The internet is an information resource that spans the globe. Any
one computer anywhere in the world, worldwide, can connect or communicate
with any other computer.
With a variety of existing facilities, the internet is used by various groups for the sake of
communication. It is also used as a medium for discussion, sharing information, campaigns, and as a
research tool. One of the internet facilities which is muchloved lately is social networking. Social
networking is most popular today through websites such as Facebook and Twitter. Microblog
sites represent a trend that has also been lovingly adopted by various circles. Microblogs have
become a medium for creating friendships as they allow people to enjoy the
excitement and other benefits of sharing playbyplay details about their lives with others.
In relation to existing social networking sites, Sanur, as one of the icons of the tourism industry, does
