How to make nata de coco

Equipments:
beaker as the container to accommodate the solution of nata
newsprint as a beaker cover
rubber bands to tie the paper to be closed
hotplates used to heat the solution
stir bar to stir the solution
spatula to take the substance
ph paper to measure the acidity of the solution
Materials:
acetic acid 40 ml
coconut water 4 L
nata starter 1 L
sugar 20 gr
Water
ZA 20 gr
Procedure:
1. Prepare the coconut water has been filtered and free from dirt
2. Heat the coconut milk so that the microbes that can contaminate the dead
3. Add the sugar to a solution

9. Fermentation for 12-14 days.

11. Cut nata into cubes or desired size.

Menyiapkan air kelapa yang telah disaring dan bebas dari kotoran

Fermentasi selama 12-14 hari.
setelah terbentuk nata maka hasil direndam dalam air umtuk menghilangkan
keasaman lalu rendam dalam air gula
Potong nata ke dalam kubus atau ukuran yang diinginkan..
