PENUTUP
A. Kesimpulan
Pasien dengan nama Ny. NA dengan diagnosa Frozen shoulder dengan keluhan utama
nyeri pada bahu kirinya disertai dengan keterbatasan lingkup gerak sendi (LGS) pada bahu.
Dengan keadaan seperti ini pasien merasa sangat mengganggu aktivitas kesehariannya.
Dengan beracuan dengan permasalahan tersebut penulis mencoba memberikan program
fisioterapi dengan modalitas short wave diathermy, terapi manipulasi dengan pemberian traksi
dan slide pada sendi bahu tangan dengan ditambah terapi latihan menggunakan active exercise,
dengan tujuan untuk mengatasi problematik yang muncul pada pasien ini dengan program dua
kali terapi. Setelah diberikan program fisioterapi selama dua kali pertemuan diperoleh hasil yang
cukup baik hal ini dapat dilihat dari: 1) penurunan nyeri dilihat dari evaluasi VAS LGS sendi
bahu juga mengalami kenaikan baik pada gerak aktif maupun pasif, gerak aktif yang sebelumnya

B. Saran
Pada kasus frozen shoulder ini dalam pelaksanaannya sangat dibutuhkan kerjasama
antara terapis dengan penderita dengan bekerjasama dengan tim medis lainnya, agar tercapai
hasil pengobatan yang maksimal. Selain itu hal-hal lain yang harus diperhatikan antara lain :
a. Bagi penderita disarankan untuk melakukan terapi secara rutin, serta melakukan latihanlatihan yang jenis modalitas fisioterapi yang tepat dan efektif buat penderita, selain itu
fisioterapis hendaknya meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan serta pemahaman terhadap hal-hal
yang berhubungan dengan studi kasus karena tidak menutup kemungkinan adanya
terobosan baru dalam suatu pengobatan yang membutuhkan pemahaman lebih lanjut.
b. Bagi keluarga pasien disarankan agar terus memberikan motivasikepada pasien agar mau
latihan di rumah dan ikut mengawasi pasien dalam berlatih.
c. Bagi masyarakat disarankan jika tiba-tiba merasakan nyeri hebat pada bahu dan
keterbatasan gerak pada bahu segera memeriksakan diri ke dokter karena ditakutkan
timbulnya masalah baru dan dapat memperlama proses penyembuhan itu sendiri.
