ABSTRAK
Pendahuluan
Tumor medula spinalis memang merupakan salah satu penyakit yang jarang terjadi dan karena itulah banyak
masyarakat yang belum mengetahui gejala-gejala serta bahaya dari penyakit ini. Sebagian besar tumor primer
medula spinalis tumbuh pada intradural. Lokasi tumor medula spinalis. Schwannoma adalah jenis tumor jinak
yang sering muncul pada tumor intradural ekstrameduller. Gejala klinis seperti tetraparesis spastik menandakan
letak lesi berada setinggi cervical. Pada lesi tersebut menganggu motorik, sensorik dan otonom. Diagnosa pasti
melalui biopsi patologi. Pengangkatan jenis tumor ini memberi hasil yang cukup signifikan
Tujuan
Melaporkan kasus tetraparesis spastik lesi transversal totalis medulla spinalis cervical e.c tumor intradural
ekstrameduller jenis Schwannoma di Rumah Sakit Kariadi Semarang
Ringkasan Kasus
Seorang laki laki, 45 tahun, datang dengan keluhan tetraparesis spastik 1 bulan SMRS, keluhan terjadi perlahanlahan. Keluhan didahului hipestesi dirasakan dari jari lengan kanan menyebar hingga ke bahu, parastesia mulai
dari bahu menyebar sampai kedua tungkai, keluhan diserati rasa terikat pada dada sehingga pasien sulit
bernafas. Dari pemeriksaan fisik didapat tetraparesis spastik, hipestesi dari kedua ujung jari sama setinggi
dermatom C2-3 disertai disfungsi ereksi, retensi alvi et uri
Kesimpulan
Tetraparesis spastik lesi transversal totalis medulla spinalis cervical e.c tumor intradural ekstrameduller jenis

ABSTRAC
Introduction
Tumors of the medulla spinalis indeed is one of the rare disease and that's why many people do not know the
symptoms and dangers of this disease. Most of the primary tumor Medulla spinalis grows on intradural. The
location of the tumor is the medulla spinalis. Schwannoma is a type of benign tumor that often appear on
tumor intradural ekstrameduller. Clinical symptoms like tetraparesis spastic indicates the location of the
lesion is as high as cervical. On the lesions interfere with motoric, sensory and autonomous. Definite
diagnosis through biopsy pathology. The evacuation of this type of tumor gives results that are significant
enough

ekstrameduller type of Schwannoma in Kariadi Hospital, Semarang
Case Summary
A man, 45 years old, came with complaints of tetraparesis spastic 1 month before admision, complaints
occur slowly and progressif. Complaint preceded hipestesi felt from the finger of the right arm spread up to
the shoulder, parastesia starting from the shoulders of the spread until both limbs, the complaints also added
a sense of attachment to the chest so that the patient is breathing hard. From physical examination obtained
tetraparesis spastic, hipestesi from both ends of the finger to as high as dermatomes C2-3 accompanied
erectile dysfunction, retention alvi et uri
Conclution
