ANALYSIS OF CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS OF ISO 14001
IMPLEMENTATION : CASE STUDY A CEMENT MANUFACTURING
COMPANY BASED ON WORKER OPINION USING LOGISTIC
REGRESSION

$O 14001 gives 5 strategic steps to build an Environmental Management $ystem.
The Iive steps consist oI Environmental Policy, Planning, mplementation, Checking
and Corrective Action and Management Review. Employee involvement is very
important in the eIIort to achieve and maintain $O 14001 certiIication. n this
research, critical success Iactors oI $O 14001 implementation were analyzed using
logistic regression using a case study in a cement manuIacturing industry. Using
logistic regression, the relationship between employee involvements and
understanding oI the Iive steps oI $O 14001 implementation with the success oI $O
14001 implementation at PT. X were examined. Objects oI the research is divided
according to their Iunction in the organization into three groups, worker, supervisor
and manager. For worker, the critical success Iactors that inIluence the odd oI success
oI $O 14001 implementation at PT. X are mplementation and Operation (clause
4.4) and Management Review (clause 4.6) in 0,05 signiIicance level. For supervisor
the critical success Iactors that inIluence the success oI $O 14001 implementation at
PT. X are mplementation and Operation (clause 4.4) in 0,05 signiIicance level.
While Ior manager, there is no dominant Iactor in 0,05 signiIicance level.
