There are many different kinds of footwear. Sporting footwear include: running
spikes, climbing shoes and football, ice skating, and diving boots to name but a few.
There is also footwear for differing types or weather, e.g. galoshes, snow shoes, and
sandals. In addition, fashion and culture have combined to influence footwear design,
bringing us to the platform sole, clogs, the stiletto heel and the moccasin. Footwear has
been designed to cater for all states and circumstances.

Text 2:
The Advantages and Disadvantages of Home Office
Everybody like home sweet home however making office at home is possible
and recommend. Of course home office will have both advantage and disadvantage.
Therefore it is wise to consider the strengths and weaknesses to have a home office.
Some people will agree that having office at home will make benefit. It saves
time. We need no commuting which occasionally takes a long time. Besides we are
free to set the work schedule. Having home office will save money as we need not to
purchase or lease of office space from rent companies. What make it more flexible is
that we can set part or all parts of our home just as a real office. What we need is only
a wireless router to cover all parts of our house with Internet. We can run our business
wherever part of house we want, from living room, bed room, veranda, etc even we
can make sell or purchase by online shopping for things we need. Furthermore,
working at home might reduce stress, effort and time and divert it to other more
productive things because while working, we are close to our families.

However making home as office also has some disadvantages. For some people,
keeping the schedule is hard in flexible time. Such people types will harder if they are
working just from home. There will no clear border between working and breaking.
Working just from home also reduces the possibility to meet new people. It is true that
computer and Internet connection possibly relate people every time and everywhere
but we will interact with them in a dimension which is not real face.
So, considering carefully what we actually need in running our business is
much recommended before choosing to have office at home or not.

Text 3:
The bank is institution with a twofold function. First, it keeps peoples money
safe and readily available. In this way it functions as a saving bank. Secondly, it lends
money to people who need it. It is also, therefore, a money lender.
Anyone can go to any bank and deposit money, that is, ask the bank to look
after it. He becomes a customer of the bank. When he deposits money, we say he
opens a bank account. There are two types of bank accounts. The first is a current
account; he can make withdrawals by means of cheeque. No interest is paid on this
type of account.
The other type of accounts is a time deposit. On this type of account the
customer can deposit his money for a specified period of time. He can withdraw the
money only at the maturity date. Interest as paid for this type of account.
A bank receives deposits from customers, as well as lends money to its
customers. A person who wants to borrow money has to give the bank something as
collateral for instance, a certificate showing ownership of property. When a customer
has a bank does not always give the borrower actual money. It may credit his account
with the amount at the bank.

Text 4:
There was a black family in Scotland years ago. They were Clark family with
nine children. They had a dream to go to America. The family worked and saved. They
were making plan to travel with their children to America. It had taken several years
but finally they had saved enough money. They had gotten passport. They had booked
seats for the whole family member in a new liner to America.
The entire family was full of anticipation and excitement with their new life in
America. However few days before their departure, the youngest son was bitten by a
dog. The doctor sewed up the boy. Because of the possibility of getting rabies, there
were being quarantined for long days. They were in quarantine when the departure
time came. The family dreams were dashed. They could not make the trip to America
as they had planned. The father was full of disappointed and anger. He stomped the
dock to watch the ship leaved without him and his family. He shed tears of
disappointment. He cursed both his son and God for the misfortune.
Five days later, the tragic news spread throughout Scotland. The ship, the
mighty Titanic, had shank. It took hundreds of passenger and crew with it. Titanic
which had been called the unsinkable ship had sunk. It was unbelievable but it was.
The Clark family should have been on that ship, but because of the bitten son
by a dog, they were left behind. When the father heard the news, he hugged the son
and thanked him for saving the family. He thanked God for saving their lives. It was a
blessing behind a tragedy.

Text 5:
The Black Stone of Kaaba
Traditions tell us that the Black Stone was originally white. The Black Stone is
a scared stone of Heaven, which God gave to Adam. During the great floods when
Noah built the Ark, the stone was lost and was cast up on the top of Mount Qubais.
When Abraham visited his son, Ismail, who lived near the Kaaba, the Angel
Gabriel appeared and told Abraham where the Black Stone could be found. Abraham
carried out the Angels instruction, found the stone and incorporated in the Kaaba.
Before the advent Prophet Muhammad the Black Stone was again lost and great
confusion swept over the people. When it was found it became the subject of great
conflict between the tribes. The problem was to which tribe Black Stone belonged and
who was responsible for replacement in its proper place. As solution was finally
decided between the tribes, the person who entered the holy place at dawn on a certain
day would be the final judge of the fate of the Black Stone. The decision was not made
public to the people. It happened that Mohammad himself, before he achieved his
prophet hood, entered the sacred shrine first.

Mohammad gave the judgment. A great sheet should be brought and the Black
Stine should be put on the middle of it. Representative of each of the conflicting tribes
should take up the sheet and carry it to the Kaaba. Mohammad himself should take the
Black Stone and place it in its position in the wall of the Kaaba. So, the Black Stone
originated from the Stones of Heaven, is now part of the Kaaba.
One day Omar ibn el Khattab, the second Khaliph, stood before the Stone said:
I know that you are a stone, even if you are from Heaven. I am kissing you only
because the holy Prophet kissed you and advised all his followers to do so.
