ABSTRAK

MOHAMAD IQBAL. Pengaruh Motivasi Mengajar dan Indeks Prestasi Mahasiswa


terhadap Kesiapan Mengajar Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi
Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta : Program Studi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Motivasi
Mengajar dan Indeks Prestasi Mahasiswa terhadap Kesiapan Mengajar Mahasiswa
Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta
yang dilakukan selama satu bulan pada bulan Mei 2014. Metode penelitian yang
digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian
adalah Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas
Negeri Jakarta yang berjumlah 249 mahasiswa kemudian diambil 124 mahasiswa
sebagai sample.
Hasil analisis data sebagai berikut : semua variable dalam penelitian ini berdistribusi
normal dan memenuhi asumsi linearitas. Persamaan regresi berganda yang diperoleh
= 5,660 + 0,832X1 + 17,632X2. Uji koefisien regresi secara simultan menunjukan
regresi signifikan dan berpengaruh secara simultan. Uji koefisien regresi secara
parsial menggunakan tabel Coefficients. Pengujian variabel X1 memiliki thitung = 7,130
dengan t table = 1,984. Hal ini menunjukan variabel X1 berpengaruh terhadap
variable Y. Pengujian variabel X2 memiliki thitung = 5,623 dengan ttabel = 1,984. Hal ini
menunjukan variabel X2 berpengaruh terhadap variable Y. Uji koefisien determinasi
menghasilkan R2 = 0.441 hal ini menunjukan bahwa 44,1 % variabel Y dipengaruhi
oleh variable X1 dan X2. Model regresi dalam penelitian ini terbebad sari
penyimpangan asumsi klasik yaitu tidak adanya gejala multikolineritas,
heteroskedastisitas dan autokorelasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat
disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi mengajar dan indeks prestasi
terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa.

This research aim to determine how much influences of teaching motivation and
achievement index on university students teaching readiness, conducted at May
2014. This study uses a survey method with the correlalitional approach. In this
research, the population is 249 university student of Economic Education
Programme, Economic and Administration, Majors, Faculty Of Economics, State
University of Jakarta, and then 124 univercity students is the population sampled.
Result of data analysis technique as follows : all variables on this study have normal
distribution and satisfy the assumption of linearity. Optained multiple regression
equation : = 5,660 + 0,832X1 + 17,632X2. Test of regression coefficients
simultaneously using ANOVA tables. This show a significant and influential
regression simultaneously, test of partial correlation using correlation tables. Test of
variable X1 get tcount = 7,130 and tcritical = 1,984. This indicated variable X1 in
influence of variable Y. Test of variable X1 get tcount = 5,623 and tcritical = 1,984. This
indicated variable X2 in influence of variable Y. Test yield coefficients of
determination R2 = 0.441. this indicated that 44,1 % of variabel Y influenced
variables X1 and X2. Regression model in this study free of oberrations of classical
assumption, namely the absence of symptoms of multicollineraty, heterscedasticity
and autocorrelation. Based on this research can be drawn the consclution that there
is the influences of teaching motivation and achievement index on the readdines of
theaching.
Model regresi dalam penelitian ini terbebad sari penyimpangan asumsi klasik yaitu
tidak adanya gejala multikolineritas, heteroskedastisitas dan autokorelasi.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara
motivasi mengajar dan indeks prestasi terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa.

This research conducted cooperation market traders at pulogadung sub district - east
Jakarta during there months counted from Maret up to May 2014. Research method
the used is method survey with approach of plain regression. Research population is
management Cooperation of cooperation in cooperation market traders at
pulogadung sub district - east Jakarta counted 34 person. Technique intake of sample
is technique of population. The total sample of 34 sample.
The mean and linearity of regresi by using tables Analyse Varians ( ANAVA )
obtained by equation of Fhitung regresi (47,31 > Ftabel (4,15) expressing regresi very
mean and also test linearity of regresi yielding Fhitung (1,677) < Ftabel (2,33) indicating
that model of regresi the used is linear.
Hypothesis test conducted with relation correlation coefficient with formula of
Product Moment yield rxy equal to 0,772. Then test signifikasi with t calculate equal
to 6,88 and t of is tables of equal to 1,70. Because thitung > ttabel , hence concluded that
there are relation which isnt it between knowdledge management on the
performance of the management of cooperation in cooperation market traders at
pulogadung sub district - east Jakarta.. Coefficient test of determinasi yield KD equal
to 0,5965 this indicate that variable variation of Y (performance of the management)
determined by variable of X (knowdledge management) equal to 0,5965.
