a. Bergerak di bawah bola.
b. Mengambil posisi bersedia sebelum menyentuh bola.
c. Daripada posisi mendekam bagi menpercepatkan bola untuk menbuat
kontak.
d. Menyelaraskan kelajuan ansur maju semua bahagian sendi.
e. Permindahan berat semasa kelajuan harus ke atas bola menuju ke
sasaran.
f. Kaki, lutut dan punggung menghadap ke sasaran.
g. Bergerak dengan menyeret kaki atau secara bersilang dan berputar
untuk sampai ke bola.
3) Kontak
a. Kontak dilakukan di atas dahi.
b.Semua jari hendaklah menyentuh bola.
c. Ibu jari dan jari telunjuk menberi kuasa.
1. With your hands down in front of you, put all ten fingertips together
(thumbs touching each other, index fingers touching each other, etc)
with the fingers spread wide.
2. Raise your hands up above your head with your fingers still touching.
4. Pull your hands apart just far enough so that a ball fits between them.
Catch
Toss the ball to yourself, then just catch the ball with your hands in the
correct position.
Concentrate on catching the ball with correct hand positions and gradually
make the pauses shorter. As you're setting, focus on taking spin off the ball.
Setting position
1. Have your right foot slightly in front with your bodyweight balanced
3. Use your legs to generate power through your body up to your hands
Bring your hands together to make a triangle with your fingers (the thumbs, index, and
middle fingers should be touching their counterparts on the other hand).
Move your hands above your head and then rotate the wrists so the palms are facing
up towards the sky (make sure the fingers are still touching when you move the hands).

the width of a volleyball.

Thumbs and index fingers form a triangle through which you can see ball (triangular
window).
When contacting the ball, the hands move in one direction only.
Freeze with arms fully extended in the direction you want the ball to go. (Hands are the
same distance apart upon completion as they were during coantct.)
The correct body position is with the ball, forehead, and hips in a vertical line.
FACE THE TARGET
With your right foot forward, square off to target with shoulders and feet before you
deliver set
Face your sweet spot (for outside sets - the point on the left sideline that is 3 feet from
the center line) for all of your sets
Make a triangle with your thumbs and forefingers touching each other at
the tips
Now separate your forefingers and thumb by an inch or two and cup your
hands in the shape of the ball
When the ball is passed, move your feet quickly to get your forehead
directly under the ball if possible
Face your hips and shoulders toward where you want the ball to
go{li}Contact the ball on top of your forehead with only your fingertips, both
hands touching the ball at the same time. Your arms and knees should be
bent at the point of contact
