Cara-cara hantaran atas kepala


1) Posisi bersedia
a. Kaki dijarakkan, satu kaki ke hadapan, luasnya adalah lebih luas sedikit pada bahu.
b. Bengkokkan sedikit lutut dan condong sedikit di hadapan.
c. Trisep hendaklah sejajar dengan lantai.
d. Tangan dihulurkan ke atas di hadapan bahagian dahi.
e. Tapak tangan menghadap keluar dengan jari-jari terbuka luas dan ibu jari terbuka
ke dalam.
f. Siku bengkok ke luar.
g. Ibu jari dan jari telunjuk kedua-dua tangan masing-masing berjarak dua inci dan
empat inci untuk
menbentuk satu segi tiga kecil.
h. Pergelangan tangan ditegakkan ke belakang.

2) Pergerakkan
a. Bergerak di bawah bola.
b. Mengambil posisi bersedia sebelum menyentuh bola.
c. Daripada posisi mendekam bagi menpercepatkan bola untuk menbuat
kontak.
d. Menyelaraskan kelajuan ansur maju semua bahagian sendi.
e. Permindahan berat semasa kelajuan harus ke atas bola menuju ke
sasaran.
f. Kaki, lutut dan punggung menghadap ke sasaran.
g. Bergerak dengan menyeret kaki atau secara bersilang dan berputar
untuk sampai ke bola.
3) Kontak
a. Kontak dilakukan di atas dahi.
b.Semua jari hendaklah menyentuh bola.
c. Ibu jari dan jari telunjuk menberi kuasa.

d. Jari telunjuk adalah penunjuk arah.


e. Bola dilihat melalui jari-jari telunjuk dan ibu-ibu jari.

1. With your hands down in front of you, put all ten fingertips together
(thumbs touching each other, index fingers touching each other, etc)
with the fingers spread wide.

2. Raise your hands up above your head with your fingers still touching.

3. Pull your elbows out to your sides.

4. Pull your hands apart just far enough so that a ball fits between them.
Catch
Toss the ball to yourself, then just catch the ball with your hands in the
correct position.

Catch and push


Catch a ball in the correct position. After a pause, continue through a
setting motion.

Shorter and shorter pauses

Concentrate on catching the ball with correct hand positions and gradually
make the pauses shorter. As you're setting, focus on taking spin off the ball.
Setting position
1. Have your right foot slightly in front with your bodyweight balanced

2. Your shoulders, hips, and feet face the target

3. Knees are bent and your back is straight

4. Hands are above your forehead

5. Hands are in the shape of the ball


Setting action
1. Contact the ball above the forehead

2. Keep elbows comfortably bent

3. Use your legs to generate power through your body up to your hands

4. Fully extend your arms and then your entire body


5. The feet should be shoulder-width apart.

6. One foot should be slightly in front of the other.


7. Knees should be slightly bent.
8. Hands should be positioned directly over the forehead with the elbows
pointing to the sides.

Bring your hands together to make a triangle with your fingers (the thumbs, index, and
middle fingers should be touching their counterparts on the other hand).
Move your hands above your head and then rotate the wrists so the palms are facing
up towards the sky (make sure the fingers are still touching when you move the hands).
1. Separate the hands slightly, so that the distance between the fingers is about
the width of a volleyball.

HANDS UP EARLY SHAPED LIKE THE BALL

Wait for ball with hands 4 to 6 inches above forehead.

Thumbs and index fingers form a triangle through which you can see ball (triangular
window).

Rest of hands form the shape of a ball.


ONE AND FREEZE

The correct contact point is just above the forehead (hairline).

When contacting the ball, the hands move in one direction only.

Freeze with arms fully extended in the direction you want the ball to go. (Hands are the
same distance apart upon completion as they were during coantct.)

Hands follow the ball.


FOREHEAD AND HIPS

The correct body position is with the ball, forehead, and hips in a vertical line.
FACE THE TARGET

With your right foot forward, square off to target with shoulders and feet before you
deliver set

Face your sweet spot (for outside sets - the point on the left sideline that is 3 feet from
the center line) for all of your sets

Make a triangle with your thumbs and forefingers touching each other at
the tips

Place your triangle right above your forehead

Now separate your forefingers and thumb by an inch or two and cup your
hands in the shape of the ball

When the ball is passed, move your feet quickly to get your forehead
directly under the ball if possible

Face your hips and shoulders toward where you want the ball to
go{li}Contact the ball on top of your forehead with only your fingertips, both
hands touching the ball at the same time. Your arms and knees should be
bent at the point of contact

Hand Position
Step 1

Bring your hands together above your head.

Step 2

Face your palms toward the ceiling with fingertips touching.

Step 3

Form a triangle with your thumbs and index fingers, opening up the rest of your hands.

Step 4

Separate your hands so that a volleyball would fit nicely in the pocket.

Setter Posture
Step 1

Place your feet shoulder-width apart for increased balance.

Step 2

Bend your knees slightly.

Step 3

Place one foot slightly behind the other.

Step 4

Position your elbows out to the side with your hands over your forehead.

Pada masa yang sama bola dilambungkan terus ke atas di hadapan
Tangan akan memukul bola tersebut (striking hand).
Semasa bola dilambungkan tangan yang membuat servis di tarik
kebelakang mengikut pergerakkan buah bandul jam
Apabila bola yang dilambungkan telah mencapai puncaknya, berat badan
akan dipindahkan dan hayunan tangan ke hadapan dimulakan.
Kontak bola dimulakan tangan memukul (sama ada dengan bahagian
bawah tangan, tapak tangan atau buku lima).
Bola dipukul di tengah atau di bawah sedikit dengan lengan yang lurus.
