dulu dikenal sakral menjadi marginal. Publik selalu menyoroti guru sampai sedetaildetailnya.
melakukan, semua kena getahnya. Harapan yang membubung membuat masyarakat
tidak bisa menerima guru berbuat salah.
Menurut Masruri (2006), guru terbagi dalam empat klasifikasi. Pertama, guru dasar.
Menjadi panitia
penyelenggara pemilu, pilkades, atau pengurus RT. Kadang, demi alasan jangka
pendek, guru bertindak melenceng. Mereka menjadi hidden curriculum.
hiburan melalui lagu lagu.
bekerja keras mencari penghasilan tambahan.
dihadapi guru.
Masih terbayang bagaimana kita pas pertama kali masuk sekolah, pertama kali belajar
nulis.
tadi.
Sekian dari saya, terima kasih atas perhatiannya. Mohon maaf apabila anda
menemukan banyak kesalahan dalam pidato saya. Akhir kata Assalmlkm wr. Wb.
against children. In fact, we often find a child does not want to do something when it
was ruled by his or her parents. But, when it was ruled by a teacher, he or she want to
do it. Although casuistic, it reflects that the influence of teachers on students is huge,
including the formation of character.
As curriculum goes, the teacher should have time to update and improve the ability of
education. Shown a real role model of teachers will be more easily attached in student
behavior rather than verbal learning.
Various public scorn and cynical comments like changing the image of the teaching
profession formerly known as "sacred" to be marginal. The public has always watched
the teacher behavior up to the most detail thing. Slightly damage the image of it, there
could be a big issue. Although the only person who did, all the taxable resin. Rising
public expectations to the teachers make them do not receive if the teachers make one
mistake.
According to Masruri (2006), teachers are divided into four classifications. First, the
basic teacher. That is the person who was born to be teacher. He is humble and
courteous in deed.
Second, paid teacher. It is a group of teachers who are always calculated with respect
to time and energy released. For him, the profession is a money-making machines.
There is the impression that the dominant is materialistic.
Third, stray teachers. They became teachers as an escape, maybe wrong department
or not getting jobs in other professions. This group can still be corrected if the
competence and the will itself continue to be upgraded.
Fourth, the right teacher. It is the true and correct intention of teachers in four ways.
Namely, time, cost, effort, and quality. They are sincerely devoted to the noble task of
educating the nation. Blazing spirit, no matter how people commented.
Embedded in the community that the teachers are really dedicated. Dedication to
students, schools, communities, and nations. Not surprisingly, teachers almost always
involved in various social arenas. Become organizers election, Pilkades, or caretaker
RT. Sometimes, for reasons of short-term, the teacher acted off the mark. They become
hidden curriculum.
To make sense of professionalism, teachers need to be introspective about some
things. First, teachers should not be bored to upgrade skill and science. Times continue
to change. For teachers, schools may stop but, learning must continue. Otherwise, it
may be true critic of Franz Magnis Suseno, our teachers are not trained to anticipate
change. They always see themselves as an authority, but their confidence is weak.
Second, constantly increasing professionalism. Professional means that teachers work
only be performed by someone who has academic qualifications, competence, and
educator certificate in accordance with the requirements for each type and level. In Law
No. 14 of 2005 is mentioned, a teacher must have the four core competencies. Namely,
pedagogical competence, personality, professional, and social.
Third, keep the sincerity and genuine intention to devote himself for the development of
educational tradition in the community. Without sincerity, knowledge provided to
students will not be absorbed optimally.
Students must learn to thank people who have helped them. Above all is the parent who
has given birth to and nurturing them. Students must love and respect their parents.
Furthermore, students have to thank to the teachers, because students gain knowledge
and wisdom through the teachers. Then students must love and respect for teachers.
Similarly, students have gained much from society, from the nation, from the world, and
nature. Students must always be grateful to all things.
Teacher Hymn is often sung by the students during the flag ceremony or farewell.
Anyone who listens to this his heart touched, not even rarely shed a tear. Poem of
teacher hymn contains gratitude and admiration to the teaching profession that has
many services to the nation and state. Which is still in question in the teacher's heart is
whether it is true that his name is always remembered by his former student? Is it true
that people and governments are sincerely grateful? If it is true what action has been
done by the community and government to increase teachers' professionalism and
welfare?
The reality of the teaching profession are not all like what is described in the hymns of
teachers. Not infrequently the students who had been trained patiently and sincerity,
now behave otherwise if they meet or passed on their teacher they ignore and
indifferent. Surely these actions are very hurtful to the teachers.
Teachers should not be given only enough gratitude, flattery, and entertainment through
songs. It is more important for teachers is an increase in professionalism, protection,
welfare, worth rewards worth, and smooth career.
Teachers are required to be professional in his field, but on the other hand the devotion
and hard work get less attention from the government. Teachers fate from the old order
until the reformation era is still very concerned different with other professions. This is
due to the government or foundations (private teacher) can not provide decent wages
for teachers such as Brunei, Malaysia, Japan, and the United States. The salary they
received was not enough to fulfill their need let alone for their household.
Teachers in meeting the needs of living, they must struggle and work hard to find extra
income. Things that teachers do, include teaching at another school, giving private
lessons, selling, and even a public motorcycle rider. Therefore, it is not wrong if the
question arises how they can think of professionalism if their basic needs only (carbo
hydrate) is not fulfilled? Moreover, to purchase books that support the profession, on
how education can be developed if educators still face many problems?. Those
questions require answers in the form of action (policy) by the government and local
governments to resolve the problems that teachers face.
I can still remember how we first time entered school, first learning to write. We held
pencil in our hands trembling because we never did it before, plus a nervous too. But
our teachers in elementary school teach and guide us patiently without ever being
bored.
If we talk about the kindness and the sacrifices they give to us it seems there is not the
end of this. Therefore once again I invite to thank to our teachers, thank not only in
words but also in all forms of its application as I described earlier.
Thats all from me, thanks a lot for your nice attention. Please forgive me if you found
many mistakes from my speech. The last I say Assalmlkm Wr. Wb.
