Methods: This study was conducted using cross sectional analytical methods for
the group of satria nusantara in the niti renon mandala. The sample has entered
the stage of exclusion inclusion,and then body mass index is measured and given
questionnaires of nordic body map after gymnastics activities completed.
Results: From the research showed an increase in mean score nordic body map of
each group of body mass index and also of the analytical test Pearson significant p
value is 0.000 <0.05, which shows the relationship between the two variables. For
the distribution of musculoskeletal disorders is found lower and upper extremities
as the location of the most commonly affected.
Conclusion: The body mass index has a correlation with the number of
musculoskeletal disorders. Furthermore, the higher the person's body mass index
will increase the occurrence of musculoskeletal disorders, especially in the lower
and upper extremities.
