Patient A who is treated using penicillin antibiotic recovered but patient B who is
not treated with penicillin did not recover.
This result shows the effect of penicillin antibiotic on the growth of bacteria.

(b) Using penicillin solution, distilled water, filter paper disc , bacteria culture,
