PENGETAHUAN PASIEN TENTANG PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM DI PELAYANAN

KESEHATAN (PUSKESMAS) KABUPATEN GRESIK

ABSTRAK

Peraturan perundang-undangan yang mendukung pembangunan kesehatan perlu lebih

disempurnakan dan ditingkatkan. Jika dilihat aspek yuridisnya, dengan dikembangkannya
sistem kesehatan nasional, harus dikaji kembali dan melengkapi peraturan perundang-
undangan bidang kesehatan yang sesuai, dan salah satunya dapat mengatur wewenang dan
tanggung jawab serta dapat memberikan perlindungan hukum, bagi penerima (pasien) dan
pemberi jasa upaya kesehatan (dokter). Hal tersebut memerlukan perangkat hukum kesehatan
yang memadai dengan tujuan ada kepastian hukum dan perlindungan yang menyeluruh baik
bagi penyelenggara upaya kesehatan maupun masyarakat penerima pelayanan kesehatan
(pasien). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan pasien tentang perlindungan
hukum di pelayanan kesehatan (Puskesmas) Kabupaten Gresik.
Penelitian dilaksanakan secara cross sectional untuk mengetahui pengetahuan pasien
tentang perlindungan hukum. Sampel penelitian yaitu sejumlah pasien yang sedang berobat di
Puskesmas. Hasil penelitian: sebagian besar pasien mengetahui tentang perlindungan hukum
yang didapatkan dengan sendiri dari media informasi namun pasien tidak mengetahui bentuk
perlindungan hukum, sebagian besar pasien mengetahui tentang hak dan kewajiban pasien
dalam mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan, namun sebagian besar responden lebih banyak
menuntut hak mereka dibandingkan dengan kewajiban yang harus dilaksanakan. Kegunaan
penelitian, untuk menghindari terjadinya pelanggaran hukum oleh tenaga kesehatan dan
pasien, sehingga harus mampu menciptakan suasana dan komunikasi yang baik

THE PATIENT'S KNOWLEDGE ABOUT LAW PROTECTION IN HEALTH SERVICES

(PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE) GRESIK REGENCY
ABSTRACT

Legislation supporting health development needs to be further refined and

improved. If seen aspect of juridical, with developing a national health care system, need to
be studied again and complete the health legislation, and one of them can set the authority
and responsibility and can provide legal protection, for the recipient (the patient) and the
efforts of health services (medical doctor). This device requires adequate health law with
the objective of legal certainty and protection there is an overall good for health as well as
the efforts of the organizers of the community health service recipients (patients). This
research aims to know the patient's knowledge about the protection of the law in health
services (Public Health) Gresik Regency.
The research was carried out in cross sectional to know the patient's knowledge
about the protection of the law. Sample research, namely a number of patients who were
treated at the clinic. Research results: most patients know about the legal protection it
brings with itself from media information but the patient does not know the form of legal
protection, most patients know about the rights and responsibilities of patients in getting
the healthcare services, but the majority of respondents more demanding their rights
compared with the liability that must be implemented. Usability research, for avoid
violations of law by health workers and patients, so should be able to create an
atmosphere and good communication.
