dilaksanakan pada tanggal 19-21 Juli 2017 bertempat di Hall A – B, Jakarta Convention Center (JCC)-Jakarta, dengan harga

Kami menyetujui segala peraturan dan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Pihak Panitia di dalam proposal ini sebagai berikut:

1. Deposit pembayaran kepesertaan pameran dilakukan 70% (tujuh puluh persen) 1 (satu) minggu setelah formulir
kepesertaan diterima oleh Panitia dan pelunasan sisa pembayaran sebesar 30% (tigapuluh persen) akan
dilakukan 1 (satu) bulan sebelum pelaksanaan acara pameran.
2. Pembatalan kepesertaan 1 (satu) bulan sebelum pelaksanaan dikenakan biaya penuh sesuai pemesanan.
3. Pembayaran kepesertaan dilakukan melalui transfer ke Rekening Panitia pada Bank Mandiri Cabang Wisma Alia
- Jakarta dengan No Rekening : 123-00-0443507-1 atas nama Asosiasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Seluruh
Indonesia (Apkasi). Bukti transfer mohon di fax ke 021-2788-9481.

Agrees to particpate in ”APKASI OTONOMI EXPO 2017: TRADE, TOURISM AND INVENSTMENT” which will be held on 19
– 21 July, 2017 at Hall A and B, Jakarta Convention Center, with price IDR 35.000.000 (thirty five million rupiah) of standard
booth 3x3 m2 (exludided taxes).

We agree all the rules and conditions set by the Committee in this proposal as follows:
1. 70% (seventy percent) of participation down payment should be carried out 1 (one) week after this participant form received
by the Committee and the remaining payment of 30% (thirty percent) should be carried out 1 (one) month before the event.
2. Cancellation of participation conducted 1 (one) month prior to the date of exhibition will be charged the full price as
ordered.
3. The payment of participation should be transferred through the Bank Mandiri with account number 123-000-0443507-1 on
behalf of Asosiasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Seluruh Indonesia. Transfer form should be sent by facsimile to +62 21-27889481.
