ABSTRAK
This research aims (1) to analized the influence of tangibles on patient satisfaction
at Madello Public Health Center of Barru Regency, (2) to analized the influence of
reliability on patient satisfaction at Madello Public Health Center of Barru Regency,
(3) to analized the influence of responsiveness on patient satisfaction at Madello
Public Health Center of Barru Regency, (4) to analized the influence of assurance
on patient satisfaction at Madello Public Health Center of Barru Regency, (5) to
analized the influence of empathy on patient satisfaction at Madello Public Health
Center of Barru Regency, (6) to analized the influence of tangibles, reliability,
responsiveness, assurance and empathy on patient satisfaction at Madello Public
Health Center of Barru Regency,
These research applied in Madello Public Health Center of Barru Regency. The
sample uses the non random sampling (accidental sampling), the sample is the
patient encountered at the time of this study. selected patients were 50 respondents.
A method of data used is live interview to the many involved in the problem under
discussion and give a questionnaire for patient according to research conducted.
Data analysis was done using multiple linear regression analysis, test T test, test F
test and The coefficient of determination (R2).
