ONLINE EXAM UJIAN ONLINE

This online examination is designed to assess your
knowledge and understanding of key concepts of
insurance.
1. It consists of 100 multiple-choice questions.
2. Select one answer out of the four choices. These
questions are worth one mark each.
3. The maximum time allowed for this exam,
including reading time, is 120 minutes.
4. You must obtain a mark of at least 60% to
successfully complete this assessment.
The exam will be all on the one page and students
will scroll down the page to access the questions.
Students may begin with whichever section they
prefer and may always go back and change things
until they click the ‘Complete’ button to submit their
responses.
It is a closed book examination – please see
‘Materials Allowed in the Examination’ below.
You should be present in the exam room at all times.
Ujian online ini dirancang untuk menilai tingkat
pengetahuan dan pemahaman anda mengenai
konsep-konsep penting dalam asuransi
1. Ujian terdiri dari 100 soal-soal pilihan ganda.
2. Pilih satu jawaban yang benar dari empat pilihan.
Setiap soal memiliki nilai masing-masing : 1 (satu)
3. Waktu yang tersedia maksimal 120 menit,
termasuk waktu untuk membaca soal
4. Anda harus memperoleh nilai benar minimal 60%
untuk lulus ujian ini.
Ujian online dalam satu halaman web dan peserta
dapat skrol kebawah untuk menjawab seluruh
pertanyaan. Peserta dapat memulai dari pertanyaan
yang mana saja yang dianggap mudah dan dapat “go
back” dan merubah jawaban sampai peserta klik
tombol ‘Complete’ untuk menyelesaikan seluruh
pertanyaan.
Ini adalah ujian tutup buku – tidak diperbolehkan
membawa buku atau catatan apapun. silakan
merujuk pada ‘Hal-hal yang boleh dibawa selama
ujian’ di bawah ini
Peserta tidak boleh meninggalkan ruangan selama
waktu ujian berlangsung selama 120 menit

PRE-EXAM DAY SEBELUM PELAKSANAAN UJIAN

Students will be provided with an Exam Confirmation
email from ANZIIF explaining how to access the
online examination portal and confirming the Exam
date, time and venue.
While the Exam will be available in the student’s
portal at any time on the specified date, students will
be advised that they must only access the Exam with
ANZIIF authorised supervision. Failure to do so
means the student will be unsuccessful in their
examination.
Peserta akan mendapatkan email konfirmasi ujian
dari ANZIIF yang menerangkan bagaimana untuk
akses ke portal ujian online dan konfirmasi tanggal,
jam dan tempat ujian
Pada tanggal ujian yang telah ditentukan, peserta
tidak boleh akses Ujian online tanpa pengawasan
dari ANZIIF. Klik ujian online sebelum waktunya atau
tanpa pengawasan petugas tidak akan diakui
hasilnya dan berarti peserta gagal dalam ujiannya.
EXAM DAY : 31/10/2018
 Attention 1:
“Students, please place all bags at the front of the
room and place your photo identification face up on
the corner of your desk. Do not log onto the ANZIIF
website until instructed to do so. No books or notes
on your table or on your person. No programmable
calculators are permitted. Bi-lingual or English
language dictionaries are NOT allowed. Turn off
mobile phones.”
 Students must produce photo ID and know their
Master ID number and Password for ANZIIF
website.
 All students must be logged in & ready to begin
reading at the commencement time.
 Attention 2:
No candidate may leave the room in the first 40
minutes of the examination
No candidate may leave the room in the last 10
minutes of the examination
Your examination will be 120 mins hours duration
which includes 10 minutes of reading time
The exam has an auto-save functionality that runs
every few minutes and will automatically cut-off at the
120 min mark. If you have finished all questions prior
to the 120-minute mark, select ‘Save and view
summary’ and then click the ‘Submit all and finish’
button to complete your assessment.
Once you have completed your examination please
click ‘return to ANZIIF website’ and log out of ANZIIF
website.
Please log into ANZIIF website www.anziif.com
now using your Master ID number and your
password, click on “ANZIIF Learning” link under
student information.
1. From the list of course content, select the
appropriate CAE (INDO) module.
2. Under ‘Assessment’, towards the bottom of the
page, select the ‘Exam’ link to access the exam.
3. When you are ready to commence the exam,
please select the ‘Attempt now’ button to accept
the online user agreement.
4. Once you select ‘Begin assessment’, the exam
will be displayed and a timer will count down.
Once you begin your exam, you cannot pause
the timer.
If you have any trouble doing this please raise your
hand and I will assist you.
(Allow two minutes for students to log in and read
assessment instructions)
You may now click the Start button to commence
your 10 minutes reading time. Do not begin to type.
EXAM DAY : 31/10/2018
 Perhatian 1:
“Peserta harus meletakkan seluruh tas di depan
ruangan dan meletakkan KTP/ID dengan photo di
atas meja. Jangan log on ke website ANZIIF sebelum
diinstruksikan oleh petugas. Tidak boleh ada buku
atau catatan apapun di meja atau di badan. Tidak
boleh membawa kalkulator yang dapat diprogram.
Tidak boleh membawa kamus Bi-lingual ataupun
kamus bahasa Inggris. Matikan handphones.”
 Peserta harus menunjukkan KTP/ID dan harus
sudah mengetahui Master ID dan Password untuk
login ke ANZIIF website.
 Seluruh peserta harus sudah siap login dan mulai
membaca soal pada waktu yang telah ditetapkan.
 Perhatian 2:
Peserta tidak diperbolehkan meninggalkan ruangan
pada 40 menit pertama ujian
Peserta tidak diperbolehkan meninggalkan ruangan
pada 10 menit terakhir ujian
Waktu ujian anda adalah 120 menit termasuk waktu
untuk membaca soal selama 10 menit
Systim jian memiliki fungsi auto-save setiap beberapa
menit dan secara otomatis akan berakhir setelah 120
menit. Jika anda sudah menyelesaikan seluruh
pertanyaan sebelum 120 menit, silakan pilih ‘Save
and view summary’ dan klik tombol ‘Submit all and
finish’ untuk menyelesaikan ujian anda.
Jika anda sudah menyelesaikan ujian, silakan klik
‘return to ANZIIF website’ dan log out dari website
ANZIIF.
Silakan log in ke website ANZIIF www.anziif.com
dengan menggunakan Nomor Master ID dan
password anda, klik “ANZIIF Learning” yang
terdapat pada student information.
1. Dari ANZIIF Learning pilih CAE (INDO) module.
2. Dibawah ‘Assessment’, pilih tombol ‘Exam’ untuk
memulai ujian anda.
3. Jika sudah siap untuk memulai ujian, silakan klik
tombol ‘Attempt now’ untuk menyetujui
persyaratan ujian online.
4. Setelah anda klik ‘Begin assessment’, ujian
berarti sudah dimulai dan waktu hitung mundur
120 menit dimulai. Setelah mulai ujian, watu
hitung mundur (timer) tidak bisa dihentikan atau di
pause.
Jika anda mengalami kesulitan untuk melakukan
langkah-langkah tersebut di atas, silakan angkat
tangan dan akan dibantu oleh petugas.
(Peserta akan diberi waktu dua menit untuk log in
dan membaca petujuk ujian)
Setelah klik tombol Start, peserta diberi waktu 10
menit untuk membaca. Jangan mulai menjawab.
 Perhatian 3:
At the 10min mark the Chief Supervisor to announce;
“You may now begin to type.”
 Late students are permitted to sit the examination
if they arrive within the first 40 minutes of the
examination but are not allowed any extra time,
unless pre-arranged with the Assessment
Department.
MATERIALS ALLOWED IN THE EXAMINATION
numeric keypads are permitted into the examination
room.
Students are not allowed to bring in or use any of the
following:
 Calculators that are programmable or machines
that have both alphabetic and numeric characters
on the keypad are not to be used. This also
includes mobile phones, palm pilots and
electronic calculators;
 Any written, typed, or printed materials, including
Acts/Legislation;
 Dictionaries of any kind.

 Perhatian 3:
Setelah 10 menit waktu membaca habis maka
petugas akan mempersilakan;
“Peserta dapat mulai menjawab pertanyaan.”
 Peserta yang datang terlambat kurang dari 40
menit pertama masih diizinkan untuk ikut ujian namun
tidak diberikan tambahan waktu. Terlambat lebih dari
40 menit tidak diperbolehkan ikut ujian
BARANG YANG BOLEH & TIDAK BOLEH
DIBAWA PADA SAAT UJIAN
Peserta hanya diperbolehkan membawa kalkulator
(yang tidak bisa diprogram) dioperasikan oleh baterai
dan hanya berisi tombol numerik saja.
Peserta dilarang membawa atau menggunakan:
 Kalkulator yang dapat diprogram atau mesin
yang menggunakan karakter alfabet dan numerik,
termasuk tidak boleh menggunakan handphone,
palm pilots dan dan kalklator elektronik;
 Buku catatan, atau material lainnya termasuk
barang cetakan dan buku peraturan atau
perundangan-undangan;
 Kamus.
