Quality Improvement Tools

Getting Started Toolkit and Templates
The toolkit provides teams with the resources and tools necessary to establish a Quality & Patient
Safety Team in their area of care or service department and for well established teams to see what
new tools and resources are available.

The tools provided in the kit are meant to be flexible and can be modified to suit the needs of the
team, unless otherwise stated. The toolkit is intended as a living document that will be updated and
revised as new information becomes available. The most current version will be available
electronically.
