ABSTRAK
Kesimpulan dan Saran : Secara umum kualitas tidur pada lansia sebelum
dilakukan relaksasi otot progresif di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Nirwana Puri
Samarinda memiliki kualitas tidur dengan gangguan tidur sedang. Namun setelah
dilakukan latihan relaksasi otot progresif kualitas tidur lansia meningkat. Hal ini
diharapkan lansia dapat terus melakukannya secara rutin dan mandiri agar kualitas
tidur yang dimiliki lansia dapat terjaga.
