RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI SENSUS HARIAN

PASIEN RAWAT INAP BERBASIS WEB
DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH
WANGAYA KOTA DENPASAR
ABSTRAK

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Wangaya Kota Denpasar merupakan rumah sakit yang
menyelenggarakan kegiatan sensus harian pasien rawat inap yang masih menerapkan sistem
manual dalam proses pengolahan data sensus harian serta sistem yang belum terintegrasi antar
petugas. Proses pengumpulan data sensus harian dilakukan oleh petugas admission di masing-
masing bangsal perawatan dan direkap oleh petugas sensus pengolah data sebelum diolah
menjadi indikator pelayanan rumah sakit. Tidak adanya sistem yang mengintegrasikan petugas
admission yang melakukan pengumpulan data dengan petugas sensus pengolah data
menyebabkan petugas admission di masing-masing bangsal perawatan harus datang setiap hari
ke instalasi rekam medis untuk mengumpulkan data pasien yang keluar dan masuk bangsal
perawatan. Sistem sensus harian manual menyebabkan keterbatasan terhadap output yang
dihasilkan yaitu tidak adanya grafik Barber Johnson masing-masing bangsal perawatan. Tujuan
umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat rancang bangun sistem informasi sensus harian
pasien rawat inap berbasis web di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Wangaya Kota Denpasar.
Metode perancangan sistem yang digunakan adalah siklus hidup perkembangan sistem
atau Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) atau disebut juga pendekatan air terjun (waterfall
approach). Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP serta database yang digunakan
adalah MySQL.
Hasil pengujian usability pada sistem ini memenuhi standar usability yaitu 74,73% atau
dapat diklasifikasikan “Baik”.
Kesimpulan yang didapatkan yaitu penelitian ini berhasil membantu petugas sensus lebih
produktif dalam proses pengolahan data sensus harian menjadi 4 indikator pelayanan rumah
sakit dan dapat memperoleh gambaran grafik Barber Johnson untuk masing-masing bangsal.

 DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF WEB-BASED DAILY CENCUS INFORMATION
SYSTEM FOR INPATIENTS AT THE WANGAYA DISTRICT GENERAL HOSPITAL,
DENPASAR CITY

ABSTRACT

Wangaya District General Hospital, Denpasar City is a hospital that organizes daily
inpatient census activities, which still applies a manual system in the processing of daily census
data, as well as a system that has not been integrated between officers. The process of collecting
daily census data is carried out by admission officers in each treatment ward and recapitulated
by data processing census officers before being processed into hospital service indicators. The
lack of a system, which integrates admission officers, which conducts data collection with data
processing census officers causes admission officers in each care ward to come every day to
the medical record installation to collect patient data that enters and exits the care ward. The
manual daily census system causes limitations on the output produced, namely the absence of
Barber Johnson charts for each treatment ward. The general objective of this research is to
design a web-based daily census information system for inpatients at the Wangaya District
General Hospital, Denpasar City.
The system design method used is the system development life cycle or Systems
Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or also called the waterfall approach. The programming
language used is PHP and the database used is MySQL.
Usability test results on this system meet the usability standard of 74.73% or can be
classified "Good".
The conclusion obtained is that this study succeeded in helping the census officers to
be more productive in the processing of daily census data, which became 4 indicators of
hospital services and was able to obtain a Barber Johnson chart for each ward.
