1. TUJUAN PERCOBAAN
Setelah melakukan percobaan ini, pratikkan diharapkan dapat :
a. Menentukan karakteristik torsi, τ = f(s) , yaitu torsi sebagai fungsi slip.
b. Menentukan torsi pada beban yang berbeda-beda.

2. LANDASAN TEORI
a. Effesiensi (η) adalah perbandingan daya output (Pout) dan daya input (Pin).

b. Daya Output (Pout) ditentukan oleh pengukuran putaran rotor (n2) dan torsi (T).

c. Daya input diukur dengan menggunakan wattmeter (W) dalam satu fasa sehingga :

d. Slip (S) dihitung dari kecepatan putar.

5.1.1. Connect the torque meter as generator and the induction motor as motor as
shown in figure 9-2. Switch S must be in off-position and the star/delta switch
must be in the position “0”
5.1.2. Make a note of the ratings of the induction motor
5.1.3. The Supervisor should now check the connections
4.2. Measurement of efficiency and torque characteristics
4.2.1. Turn the star/delta switch to “Y”. Switch on the variable AC voltage and adjust
it to 230 V and the motor start running. When the speed has reach the top value,
change the star/delta switch to position “Δ”.
4.2.2. The AC Voltage must be constant during the measurements. Re-adjust if
necessary. Read V, I1, P, T, and n2. Check that the load resistor RB is set to
minimum current. Turn on switch S and the DC voltage.
4.2.3. Vary the load with the stunt rheostat of the torque meter and the load resistor RB
in steps of Nm up to 7,5 Nm.
4.2.4. Adjust the load resistor to minimum current. Turn off switch S.
4.3. Speed Control
4.3.1. Adjust the voltage V to 180 V (80% of 230 V)
4.3.2. Repeat measurements in 4.2.2. up to 6,5 Nm
4.3.3. Switch off the 220 V DC and the 230/133 V AC
