SUMMARY
A kind of service given by fishing port to user either fisherman or the other
stakeholders was service of needs. The scarcing of ice and diesel fuel often occur
on AFP Prigi. As user of fishing port, sisherman want to optimal service. So every
required by fisherman pricesely, quickly, and afficiently.
The purpose of this research were identified basic facilities, functional, and
supporting facilities on AFT Prigi, analyze the satisfaction level of fisherman
about the service of needs supplies for fishing, analyze the gap level in
performance and the importanc level of supplies for fishing.
Descriptive methode was used in this study. Data analisis methode used
were Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis
(IPA), and gap analysis.
The result show that the satisfaction level of fisherman about diesel fuel
needs was 55,21 (0.55%), water needs was 0.73 (73,9%), ice needs was 0,62
(62.3%). If increasingly closer 100 %, so the servives given to fisherman by
fishing port have been good. The biggest gap level about diesel fuel needs 1,80
(knowledge of officer in payment service) and the littlest gap level -2,13 (diesel
fuel price), the biggest gap level about water needs 2,40 (capacity of production
facility), and the littlest -0,93 (supply of clean water and the acceptance complaint
system). The biggest gap level about ice needs 0,23 (existing of agent) and the
littles -2,63 (quatity of ice).
