Abstract
Enzymes are macromolecules that act as catalysts, i-chemical agents which accelerate the reaction without
being consumed by the reaction (there is no regulation by enzymes) of the chemical-i traffic through the meta-
path pathway. Totalism will be total because many chemical reactions will. prolonged (Many environmental
factors that can affect enzymes, for example pH (Many enzymes are sensitive to changes in pH) and each
enzyme has the optimum pH for its activity (pervasive pH can result in the cessation of enzymatic activity of the
denaturation process) in the structure of three-dimensional enzymes PH on the enzyme should not be too acidic
or too alkaline because it will decrease the rate of reaction with the denaturation. At a certain pH range of the
enzyme has a high stability. Enzymes work at a certain pH range, and generally depends on the pH of the
environment. Factors affecting the activity of the enzyme is the temperature, pH, enzyme concentration, and
substrateconcentration.
