PENGARUH INSENTIF TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN

Pemberian insentif yang tepat dapat memberikan motivasi kerja bagi


karyawan karena karyawan merasa dihargai sesuai dengan kemampuan dan
kinerja mereka. Insentif dapat juga meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup dan
membangun motivasi kerja sehingga kinerja dapat dicapai secara maksimal. Hal
itu harus diperhatikan pihak manajemen untuk mencapai standar motivasi yang
telah ditetapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif
terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan Century 21 Aurora Pro 3 Pekanbaru. Penelitian
ini melibatkan 42 orang karyawan Century 21 Aurora Pro 3 Pekanbaru. Teknik
pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan data dianalisis dengan analisis
regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan uji deskriptif data diketahui secara
keseluruhan insentif menurut karyawan Century 21 Aurora Pro 3 Pekanbaru
tergolong sangat tinggi, dan motivasi kerja tergolong tinggi. Hasil uji t
menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara insentif terhadap motivasi kerja
karyawan Century 21 Aurora Pro 3 Pekanbaru. Analisis regresi linier sederhana
menunjukkan setiap kenaikan/ penurunan insentif maka juga akan menaikkan atau
menurunkan motivasi kerja karyawan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi
menunjukkan besar pengaruh insentif terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan Century
21 Aurora Pro 3 Pekanbaru adalah 32,0%.

An appropriate provides incentives could be provide employee motivation


because employees feel they were valued according to their abilities and
performance. Incentives also improving the welfare of life and build motivation
work so that performance can be achieved maximally. It must be noted by the
management to achieve the predetermined standard of motivation. The purpose
of this study is to determine the effect of incentives on employee motivation of
Century 21 Aurora Pro 3 Pekanbaru. This study involved 42 employees. Data
collection techniques used questionnaires and analyzed by simple linear
regression analysis. Based on descriptive test data known the incentives
according to employees of Century 21 Aurora Pro 3 Pekanbaru was very high,
and work motivation was high. Result of t test shown there is significant effect
between incentives on employee motivation of Century 21 Aurora Pro 3
Pekanbaru. Simple linear regression analysis shown that any increase / decrease
in incentives will also increase or decrease employee work motivation. The result
of coefficient of determination test shown the value effect of incentives on
employee motivation of Century 21 Aurora Pro 3 Pekanbaru was 32,0%.
