Kata Pengantar

Assalamu’alaikum Wr.Wb

Alhamdulillah, sujud syukur kehadirat Allah SWT, penulis akhirnya dapat

menyelesaikan proposal yang berjudul “Komunikasi Downward Hubungan

Langganan Dalam Melayani Keluhan Pelanggan Perusahaan PDAM Tirta

Kampar Unit Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar”.

Penulisan proposal ini merupakan salah satu syarat untuk menyusun skripsi

pada Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi pada Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi

Universitas Islam Riau. Untuk itu penulis mengaturkan terima kasih yang sebesar-

besarnya kepada Ibu Cutra Aslinda, M.I.Kom selaku Pembimbing yang telah

membantu penulis dalam menyusun konsep penelitian ini, serta pihak yang tidak

bisa disebutkan satu persatu atas motivasi yang telah diberikan, untuk itu penulis

mengucapkan terima kasih kepada seluruh pihak yang telah membantu penulis

dalam penyelesaian proposal ini.

Penulis menyadari masih banyak terdapat kekurangan baik materi yang
