1. Machine type – mill – default
2. Operation Manager/Toolpath/ - klik tanda “+” pada properties – Generic Mill
3. Stock setup – bounding box – ok – isi z pada gambar = 4 (sesuai ketebalan benda
kerja) – ok
4. Klik icon isometric view pada menu di atas – clik icon fit (untuk melihat hasil
ketebalan benda kerja)
5. Klik icon top view untuk mengembalikan ke pandangan atas
6. Toolpaths – contour – ok – model chain – clik gambar R16,6 pastikan garis menyatu
– ok – selec lybrary tools – pilih pahat 219 – ok – contur parameter – depth = -2 -
compensation direction right – ok
7. Regenerate all
8. Verify selected – isometric view – kurangi kecepatan – play

Membuat Poket R28

1. Toolpaths – pocket - Clik garis R28 – ok – clik pahat 219 – pocket parameter – depth
= -2 ok
2. Pada operation manager clik Select all operation – verifi – play

Membuat Poket Ø 16
1. Toolpaths – pocket - Clik garis R28 – ok – clik pahat 219 – pocket parameter – depth
= -4 ok
2. Pada operation manager clik Select all operation – verifi – play

Membuat Drill Ø 4
1. Toolpaths – drill - Clik ke 4 center bor – ok – selec lybrary tools - clik pahat 14 – ok –
selec drill no peck – deepth = -6 OK
