Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk
mengembangkan media video pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Teknik Pulsa dalam
penggunaan aplikasi Circuit Maker 6 Pro di program studi Pendidikan Teknik
Elektronika Universitas Negeri Jakarta.
Pengembangan media video pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Teknik Pulsa dalam
penggunaan aplikasi Circuit Maker 6 Pro berisi video pengenalan system pembangkit
pulsa, pengenalan program aplikasi Circuit Maker 6.0 Pro, materi tentang rangkaian
RC seri, materi mengenai cara mendesain dan mensimulasikan rangkaian sistem
pembangkit pulsa segi-empat menggunakan rangkaian elektronika berbasis IC 555,
gerbang NOT IC 7404, IC Opamp LM741, rangkaian pembangkit pulsa segi-tiga
menggunakan rangkaian elektronika analog Opamp dan rangkaian sistem pembangkit
pulsa gigi gergaji menggunakan IC Timer 555 pada mata kuliah Teknik Pulsa.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development. Tahap
pengembangan meliputi: 1) Penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi, 2) Perencanaan,
3) Pengembangan bentuk awal produk, 4) Uji lapangan awal, 5) Revisi produk utama,
6) Uji lapangan untuk produk utama, 7) Revisi produk operasional, 8) Uji lapangan
operasional, 9) Revisi produk akhir. Validasi video pembelajaran melibatkan ahli
materi dan ahli media pembelajaran. Uji lapangan dilakukan oleh 26 mahasiswa yang
terdiri dari one to one 3 mahasiswa, kelompok kecil 8 mahasiswa, dan kelompok
besar 15 mahasiswa.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai hasil uji validasi isi oleh ahli materi sebesar 97,33%,
validasi konstrak oleh ahli media pembelajaran sebesar 75,38% dan hasil uji
pemakaian oleh peserta didik yang telah mengikuti mata kuliah Teknik Pulsa pada
one to one, kelompok kecil dan kelompok besar sebesar 85,76%. Total persentase
yang didapatkan dari data yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil uji validasi isi, hasil uji
validasi konstrak dan hasil uji pemakaian media video pembelajaran sebesar 86,15%.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, media video pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Teknik
Pulsa dalam penggunaan aplikasi Circuit Maker 6 Pro dapat dikategorikan sangat
layak dan dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk capaian kompetensi
mendesain, mensimulasikan, serta menganalisis rangkaian sistem pembangkit pulsa
menggunakan program aplikasi Circuit Maker 6 Pro pada mata kuliah Teknik Pulsa
di program studi Pendidikan Teknik Elektronika Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri
Jakarta.

This type research is development research that aims to develop instructional video
media on the Pulse Engineering course in the use of the Circuit Maker 6 Pro
application in the Electronic Engineering Education study program at the State
University of Jakarta.
Development of learning video media for the Pulse Engineering course in the use of
the Circuit Maker 6 Pro application containing an introduction to the pulse generator
system, introduction of the Circuit Maker 6.0 Pro application program, material on
series RC circuits, material on how to design and simulate a rectangular pulse
generator system using IC 555 based electronic circuits, NOT IC 7404 gates, LM741
Opamp ICs, triangular pulse generator circuits using Opamp analog electronic circuits
and sawtooth pulse generator systems using Timer 555 IC in the Pulse Engineering
course. The research method used is Research and Development. Development stages
include: 1) Research and information collecting, 2) Planning, 3) Develop Preliminary
form of Product, 4) Preliminary Field Testing, 5) Main Product Revision, 6) Main
Field Testing, 7) Operational Product Revision, 8 Operational Field Testing, 9) Final
Product Revision . Validation of learning videos involves material experts and
instructional media experts. Usage trials are conducted by 26 students, consisting of
one to one 3 students, a small group of 8 students, and a large group of 15 students.
The results showed that the content validation test results by material experts were
97.33%, construct validations by learning media experts were 75.38% and the results
of usage tests by students who had taken the Pulse Engineering course in one to one,
small groups and large group of 85.76%. The total percentage obtained from the data
obtained based on the results of the content validation test, the results of the construct
validation test and the test results of the use of instructional video media were
86.15%. Based on the results of the study, the learning video media in the Pulse
Engineering course in the use of the Circuit Maker 6 Pro application can be
categorized as very feasible and can be used as a learning medium for the
achievement of the competencies of designing, simulating, and analyzing the pulse
generator system circuit using the Circuit Maker 6 Pro application program on Credit
Engineering courses in the Electronic Engineering Education Study Program, Faculty
of Engineering, Jakarta State University.
