Synopsis: This course will discuss the concepts and philosophies of educational electronic resource and media programs. Topics include roles of a school media and
resource coordinator as a teacher, an information provider, an instructional designer and a resource manager. At the end of the course, students are
expected to plan and develop an educational electronic media program for an educational institution or a training program.
