Cara kerja
1. Amati ikan yang telah disediakan dan deskripsikan hasil pengamatanmu pada buku
catatanmu secara lengkap.
2. Ukurlah ikan tersebut baik panjang, lebar dan berat
3. Ukur pula suhu air tempat ikan itu hidup
4. Bekerja samalah dengan teman kelompokmu dan diskusikan hasil pengamatanmu
5. Buatlah poster dari hasil pengamatanmu dan presentasikan di depan kelas

Cara Kerja
1. Irislah bawang merah secara vertical.
2. Ambil selapis bagian dalam bawang merah dengan menggunakan pinset.
3. Tariklah lapisan tipis dari lapisan bagian dalam bawang tersebut
4. Potonglah lapisan tersebut dengan ukuran kurang lebih 5 mm
5. Letakkan potongan itu pada kaca objek dan tetesilah dengan satu tetes larutan eosin
atau yodium yang berfungsi mewarnai sel sehingga inti sel mudah diamati
6. Tutuplah dengan kaca penutup
7. Amati preparat tersebut dengan mikroskop
8. Gambar hasil pengamatan pada buku catatan kalian

1. Gunakan spatula/cotton bud untuk mengorek sedikit saja bagian dalam pipimu
2. Letakkan hasil korekanmu diatas kaca objek
3. Tambahkan satu tetes methilen blue untuk mewarnai
4. Tutuplah dengan kaca penutup
5. Amati dibawah mikroskop dan gambarlah hasil pengamatanmu
6. Buatlah kesimpulan dari kedua kegiatan tersebut
