Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keterserapan kerja lulusan
smk kompetensi keahlian farmasi di kabupaten purworejo mulai dari (a) mengidentifikasi program pendukung keterserapan kerja lulusan SKM, (b) mengidentifikasi tingkat keterserapan kerja lulusan SMK, (c) menganalisis kesenjangan antara keterserapan kerja lulusan dengan yang terjadi di lapangan, (d) menentukan solusi dari kesenjangan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan model discrepancy. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di tiga SMK se Kabupaten Purworejo yang memiliki kompetensi Farmasi. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik wawancara dan penyebaran angket terbuka dan tertutup. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keterserapan kerja lulusan SMK kompetensi keahlian Farmasi adalah sebagai berikut;(a) pelaksanaan program pendukung keterseerapan kerja lulusan SMK sudh berjalan dengan baik. Namun perlu peningkatan pada kinerja guru, pelaksanaan prakerin sarana, dan kerjasama dengan DU/DI;(b) sebanyak 78% lulusan sudah bekerja, sebanyak 14 % siswa melanjutkan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi, sebanyak 5 % mengikuti kursus, sisanya 3% belum mendapatkan pekerjaan. Masa tunggu lulusan, sebanyak 76 % kurang dari 6 bulan, sebanyak 12 % antara 6-12 bulan, da sebanyak 4 % lebih dari 1 tahun;(c) Kesenjangan terjadi pada kesesuaian bidang kerja dan bidang pendidikan lulusan yaitu sebanyak 87% lulusan bekerja dan melanjutkan pendidikan dengan kompetensi yang tidak sesuai, hanya 13 % lulusan yang bekerja dan melanjutkan sesuai dengan bidang kompetensinya (d) Rekomendasinya adalah pemerintah membuka kompetensi keahlian yang sesuai dengan bidang yang ada di Purworejo, dan menambah lapangan pekerjaan di bidang kefarmasian.

This study aims to evaluate the absorption of work of graduates of
pharmaceutical expertise competencies in Purworejo district starting from (a) identifying the support programs for the absorption of SKM graduate work, (b) identifying the level of absorption of vocational graduate work, (c) analyzing the gap between the employment of graduates and what happens in the field, (d) determine the solution to the gap that occurs. This research is an evaluation research with a discrepancy model. This research was conducted in three Vocational Schools in Purworejo District that have Pharmacy competencies. The method of collecting data in this study was interview techniques and open and closed questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results of the study show that the absorption of work of vocational graduates of Pharmacy expertise competencies is as follows: (a) the implementation of supporting programs for the absorption of vocational graduates' work has gone well. However, there needs to be an increase in teacher performance, the implementation of facilities, and collaboration with DU / DI; (b) 78% of graduates have worked, as many as 14% of students continue to higher levels, as many as 5% attend courses, the remaining 3% have not work. Graduates' waiting period, 76% less than 6 months, 12% between 6-12 months, and 4% as much as 1 year; (c) Gaps occur in the suitability of the field of work and education in graduates, as many as 87% of graduates work and continuing education with inappropriate competencies, only 13% of graduates work and continue in accordance with their fields of competence (d) The recommendation is for the government to open competency expertise that is in line with the fields in Purworejo, and increase employment in the pharmaceutical field.
