Hari ini ,perawat ulin akan melakukan pemeriksaan dan melihat kondisi perkembangan pada

pasien di ruang mawar. Pasien itu bernama Mrs. Novita usia 35 tahun dengan riwayat
penyakit hipertensi. Perawat ulin memasuki ruangan pasien untuk melihat langsung kondisi
pada mr. X.

N : excuse me (sambil membuka pintu)

Perawat lalu melihat catatan asuhan keperawatan mrs. Novita sebelum memulai komunikasi.
Perawat melihat bahwa tekanan darah pasien masih tinggi. Lalu perawat mengambil
handsinitizer ......

N : good morning mrs. novita my name is ulin and i’ll be looking after u for this morning.

P : good morning mrs. ulin

N : How are u feeling now?

P : alhamdulillah baik

N : bagaimana tidurnya semalam?apakah kamu tidur dengan nyenyak?

P : tidak, tidur saya semalam kurang nyenyak.saya masih merasa pusing kepala dan Saya
hanya bisa tidur 3 jam saja .

N : okay ,apakah saat ini masih pusing?

P : ya tapi sedikit lebih baik dari semalam

N : baiklah bagaimana kalau saya cek dahulu tensi darah ibu?

P : ya silahkan mrs

Perawat segera mengecek tekanan darah pasien dengan tensimeter untuk mengetahui tekanan
darah pasien saat ini.

N : saat ini tekanan darah ibu adalah 170/100 yang artinya masih tinggi dan belum
mengalami penurunan dari hari kemarin.

P: yes saya sudah mengira akan seperti itu .

N : sebaiknya ibu jangan terlalu memikirkan hal yang tidak penting, fokuslah pada
penyembuhan penyakit ibu saja. Stress juga sangat mempengaruhi terhadap perkembangan
penyakit ibu saat ini.

P : ya saya akan mengusahakan itu mrs.

N : jika ibu merasakan cemas atau hal lainnya sebaiknya langsung ceritakan pada saya agar
saya dapat segera membantu ibu dan agar ibu tidak terlalu banyak fikiran

P : tentu saja mrs. Saya akan menceritakannya pada anda mulai sekarang ,terimakasih banyak

N : itu sangat bagus. Baiklah saya akan mengambil obat dulu nanti saya kesini lagi.
