Rawat Jalan Di Poliklinik Paru Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Zubir Mahmud Idi Tahun 2019

Penyakit Tuberkulosis paru merupakan suatu masalah kesehatan di Indonesia, salah satu adalah asma. Serangan asma penyebab utama timbul dikalangan masyarakat. Data Report World Health Organization 2011 (WHO) menunjukkan 300 juta orang didunia terdiagnosa asma dan diperkirakan meningkat menjadi 400 juta orang di tahun 2025, serta kematian asma mencapai 250.000 orang pertahun. Di Amerika Serikat prevalensi asma mencapai 8,4% pada tahun 2009 dan terus meningkat mencapai 17,8% pada tahun 2011. Hasil diagnosis prevalensi di provinsi Aceh sebesar 4,9% (RIKESDAS, 2013).Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui adanya hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas dan petugas kesehatan dengan minat kunjungan ulang. Penelitian ini bersifat Analitik dengan desain crossectional yang dilakukan di RSUD Dr. Zubir Mahmud Idi pada tanggal 20 s/d 27 September 2019 menggunakan data primer dengan jumlah 94 responden menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Variabel penelitian adalah kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas dan petugas kesehatan. Data ini di analisa secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Ha diterima dimana kualitas pelayanan pelayanan dengan Pvalue=0,000 < α = 0,05, fasilitas Pvalue=0,000 < α = 0,05 dan petugas kesehatan dengan Pvalue=0,000 < α = 0,05, sehingga ada hubungan yang bermakna antara kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas dan petugas kesehatan dengan minat kunjungan ulang di Poliklinik Paru RSUD Dr. Zubir Mahmud Idi. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, diharapkan rumah sakit dapat meningkatkan pelayanan yang diberikan diadakan pelatihan mengenai pemberian pelayanan yang baik agar petugas kesehatan di rumah sakit lebih termotivasi untuk memberikan pelayanan lebih baik lagi kepada pasien berkunjung ke rumah sakit, sehingga pasien merasa puas.

Lung disease is a health problem in Indonesia, one of them is asthma. Asthma attacks are still the main cause that often arise among the community. Data Report World Health Organization 2011 (WHO) shows 300 million people worldwide are diagnosed with asthma and is expected to increase to 400 million people by 2025, and asthma deaths to 250,000 people per year. In the United States the prevalence of asthma reached 8.4% in 2009 and continues to increase to 17.8% in 2011. The prevalence diagnosis in Aceh province is 4.9% (RIKESDAS, 2013) .This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of services, facilities and health care workers with interest in re-visits. This research is analytic with crossectional design done at Dr. Zubir Mahmud Idi Regional General Hospital on 20 to Sept 27, 2019 using primary data with 94 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The variables of this research are quality of service, facility and health officer. This data is analyzed by univariate and bivariate with chi-square test presented in the form of frequency distribution table. The result showed that Ha accepted where the quality of service service with Pvalue = 0,000 <α = 0,05, facility Pvalue = 0,000 <α = 0,05 and health officer with Pvalue = 0,000 <α = 0,05, so there is a significant relationship between quality of service, facilities and health workers with interest in repeated visit in Lung Polyclinic Dr. Zubir Mahmud Idi Regional General Hospital. From the results of the study, it is expected that the General Hospital of Dr. Zubir Mahmud Idi can improve the service provided if necessary in the training and the competition about the provision of good service so that health workers in the hospital are more motivated to provide better service to patients who visited the hospital, so the patient was satisfied and happy.
