Pengaruh Prenatal Yoga Terhadap Kualitas Tidur pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III di
Wilayah Puskesmas Batang 4

Abstrak

Latar belakang : Gangguan tidur pada ibu hamil menyebabkan penurunan kualitas tidur yang
mengakibatkan penurunan kondisi. Sebanyak 96,6 % ibu hamil memiliki kualitas tidur buruk
disebabkan meningkatnya frekwensi buang air kecil, pembesaran uterus, nyeri punggung,
pergerakan janin, serta perubahan psikis seperti rasa takut, depresi dan kecemasan menghadapi
persalinan. Penatalaksanaan gangguan tidur pada ibu hamil salah satunya dengan yoga prenatal
yoga. Tujuan : penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh prenatal yoga terhadap kualitas
tidur pada ibu hamil trimester III di wilayah Puskesmas Batang 4. Metode : jenis penelitian quasy
eksperimen dengan rancangan one grup pretest-posttest. Teknik pengambilan sampel
menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah responden sebanyak 20 orang ibu hamil
Intervensi yang dilakukan yaitu memberikan latihan prenatal yoga dengan durasi 60 menit selama
2 kali/minggu selama 2 minggu. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner PSQI (Pittsburgh
Sleep Quality Index) versi bahasa Indonesia. Analisa data menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank
Test. Hasil : Nilai tengah (median) kualitas tidur sebelum dilakukan prenatal yoga sebesar 14 dan
SD 2.089, sesudah dilakukan prenatal yoga nilai tengah sebesar 5 dan SD 1,356. Hasil uji statistik
menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test diperoleh p value = 0,000 (Ha diterima). Kesimpulan :
ada pengaruh prenatal yoga terhadap kualitas tidur pada ibu hamil trimester III. Perlu dilakukan
prenatal yoga untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur pada ibu hamil trimester III.

Abstract

Background: Sleep disturbance in pregnant women causes a decrease in sleep quality which results
in a decrease in the condition. As many as 96.6% of pregnant women have poor sleep quality due
to increased frequency of urination, enlargement of the uterus, back pain, fetal movements, and
psychological changes such as fear, depression and anxiety about childbirth. Management of sleep
disorders in pregnant women one of them with prenatal yoga. Objective: this study aims to
determine the effect of prenatal yoga on sleep quality in third trimester pregnant women in the
public healt center Batang 4 area. Method: type of quasy experimental study with a one group
pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The number of
respondents as many as 20 pregnant women Interventions conducted were giving prenatal yoga
exercises with a duration of 60 minutes for 2 times / week for 2 weeks. Data collection uses the
Indonesian version of the PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) questionnaire. Analysis of data
using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Results: Median quality of sleep before prenatal yoga was
14 and SD 2,089, after prenatal yoga median was 5 and SD 1,356. Statistical test results using the
Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test obtained p value = 0,000 (Ha accepted). Conclusion: there is the effect
of prenatal yoga on sleep quality in third trimester pregnant women. Prenatal yoga needs to be
done to improve sleep quality in third trimester pregnant women.
