KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN

5.1. Kesimpulan
Dari penelitian ini didapatkan :
 Terjadi peningkatan perilaku masyarakat Kecamatan Bantur untuk
berolahraga, mengonsumsi buah dan sayur serta berjemur setiap hari saat
terjadi pandemi Covid-19 untuk meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh.
 Persentase tertinggi indikator olahraga yaitu 47% masyarakat berolahraga <3x
seminggu selama pandemi Covid-19.
 Persentase tertinggi indikator nutrisi yaitu 60% masyarakat mengonsumsi
buah dan sayur selama pandemi Covid-19.
 Persentase tertinggi indikator kebiasaan berjemur yaitu 57% masyarakat
terkadang berjemur selama 10-15 menit.

5.2. Saran
Saran untuk puskesmas terkait :
 Perlunya sosialisasi berkala atau pemberian pamflet di pelayanan rawat jalan
terkait pentingnya berolahraga dan berjemur yang benar pada masyarakat
Bantur.
 Sosialisasi tentang program vaksinasi covid-19 yang diselenggarakan oleh
pemerintah sebagai salah satu upaya pencegahan infeksi covid-19

Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya :


 Penelitian selanjutnya dapat melakukan uji signifikansi perubahan perilaku
masyarakat Kecamatan Bantur dalam upaya peningkatan daya tahan tubuh
sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19.
