Catatan Laboratorium / Note of Laboratory Test Result :

1. Jika hasil positif, disebut Kasus Konfirmasi dan diharuskan mengikuti
tata laksana pasien terkonfirmasi Covid-19, yaitu :
a. Tanpa gejala : Isolasi mandiri selama 10 hari sejak pengambilan
spesimen diagnosis konfirmasi, baik isolasi mandiri berupa
pengecekan suhu tubuh dan munculnya gejala harian. Lakukan
kontrol di fasilitas Kesehatan terdekat setelah 10 hari karantina.
b. Dengan gejala (demam, batuk pilek, nyeri tenggorokan, sesak
nafas, gangguan penciuman, dan lain-lain : maka segera periksa
ke RS rujukan Covid-19.
c. Terhadap orang-orang yang di sekitar (disebut kontak erat jika
kontak lebih dari 15 menit dan berjarak kurang dari 1 meter atau
terdapat kontak/sentuhan fisik) : Sebaiknya memeriksakan diri ke
fasilitas kesehatan/RS dan perlu segera periksa swab PCR SARS
CoV 2.
2. Jika hasil Negatif, disebut Bukan Suspek Covid-19. Namun pasien
tetap menjaga PHBS (Pola Hidup Bersih dan Sehat) dan mematuhi
protokol kesehatan dan dapat dilakukan pemeriksaan ulang Swab
PCR SARS CoV 2 pada 2-3 hari berikutnya.

1. Patiens with positive result (Confirmed Case) is required to follow
the Covid-19 Confirmed Patient Procedure, as follows:
a. Without symptoms : Self-isolation for 10 days from the date of
specimen collection with monitoring of body temperature and the
appearance of daily symptoms. Visit the Health facility after
10 days of quarantine.
b. With symptoms (fever, cold cough, sore throat, shortness of
breath, olfactory disorders): check immediately to Covid-19
Referral Hospital.
c. For people nearby (called close contact if there is contact
confirmed cases >15 minutes and less <1 meter away or there
is physical contact/ touch) : check to the health facility / hospital
and do the PCR SARS CoV 2 test immediately.
2. Negative Result is called not a Covid-19 Suspect. However, patients
should maintain clean and healthy lifestyle, adhere to health
protocols, and can be re-examined with PCR SARS CoV 2 test in the
next 2-3 days.
