standar yang sudah memenuhi kuota 10 orang)
2. DP dan pembayaran lain hangus jika konfirmasi
reschedule kurang dari H-2 minggu,
pengecualian jika :
- Bandara dari/ke kota asal ditutup
- Bandara Komodo ditutup
- Taman Nasional Komodo ditutup
- Hasil test swab/rapid reaktif

Note :
Foto diatas merupakan salah satu contoh kapal standar dengan kabin AC berkapasitas 14 orang.
Kami menyediakan beberapa kapal stadar untuk 8, 10, 12, atau 14 orang Kapal yang digunakan
tergantung dengan jumlah peserta yang mendaftar, contohnya : 18 orang menggunakan kapal
kapasitas 8, 13, 14 orang menggunakan kapal kapasitas 14. Lebih dari 14 orang bisa
menggunakan 2 kapal dan biaya akan dihitung susuai dengan jumlah peserta dalam 1 kapal.
Perbedaan hanya terletak pada kapasitas dan desain interior kapal namun untuk fasilitasnya
setara antara satu kapal standar dengan yang lainnya sesuai dengan keterangan pada
“detail kapal” diatas.

 TERMS & CONDITION

CANCELLATION

1. If there is a cancellation by the participant, then the payment that has been made cannot be refund /
moved trip / re-schedule, but participants can nd a replacement person (change name). However,
due to COVID-19 pandemic, the participant can reschedule the trip until December 2021. Please conrm
2 weeks before the trip if you are going to reschedule.

2. Cancellation due to Force Majeure (natural disasters, bad weather, riots, disease outbreaks, government
regulations, and other coercive conditions), the trip can be changed / canceled and there is no refund
to participants for facilities that are not used or impose any losses / inconvenience to the organizer.
(Force Majeure: an event that occurs beyond human ability and cannot be avoided so that an activity
cannot be carried out properly).

3. Participants who arrive late at the meeting point so that they extend the itinerary from a specied time
and inconvenience other participants, the late participant is deemed to resign and there is no refund

 TERMS & CONDITION

RESPONSIBILITY

- IndonesiaJuara is not responsible and cannot be prosecuted for changes cancellations of ight schedules,
baggage damage / loss / delay by airlines, hotels or other transportation, damage / loss of personal
belongings of participants during the trip and changes / reduction in travel due to Force Majeure

- Participants are responsible for loss / damage to trip facilities such as life jackets, snorkels, masks, and will
be charged according to the price of the item

- Participants must obey the tour leader during the trip and cannot make unilateral decisions in any form
without our consent

- If there are participants who bring illegal drugs or make riots that make inconvenience to other
participants during the trip, we have the right to issue / repatriate the participant without any refunds
that have been paid
