Background: The delivery process can not always run normally vaginal, but
requires action, one of the actions that can be done to help the delivery process is
through the Sectio Caesarea by performing surgery on the abdominal wall
(laparatomy) and uterine wall (hysterectomy). The prevalence of childbirth for
Sectio Caesarea in Indonesia has increased, in 2013 as much as 21%, in 2014 as
much as 23%, in 2015 as much as 27% and in 2016 31% this figure is more than
the provisions of Sectio caesarea in all countries. Caesarean sectio action through
an abdominal skin incision for patients will cause postoperative pain. Efforts to
deal with pain in post-sectarian Caesarean mothers is to use pharmacological and
non-pharmacological. One of the non-pharmacological therapies that is through
the provision of Al-Quran reading therapy that is played can provide healing
effects of physical and spiritual illness.
Objective : Provide an overview of nursing care in Ny. D with Post Operation
Caesarea Sectio in the Prison Room of TK.II Hospital Kartika Husada Kubu Raya
Results: after taking nursing action for three days the client's pain is reduced, and
the client goes home for consultation through outpatient care
Discussion : there is a match between the theory and the case found by the author
as a result of the postoperative Sectio Caesarea one of which is acute pain. One
implementation that can be given to clients one of which is pharmacological
therapy that is distraction technique by listening to murqal ALQURAN.
Conclusion: all four nursing diagnoses raised in the case of Ny. D after three days
of nursing care showed that client complaints were reduced and the client was
allowed to go home.
