Foreword
Food industry is one of the Indonesia’s economic backbone from the category of the processed non-oil industrial sector. In the previous year
of 2019 the food industry’s export recorded a USD 27.6 trillion or about 21.46% of the processed industrial sector’s export value.
There are 1.86 million of small and medium food industries which absorbed around 4.11 million workers. With this industrial sector’s quick
to adapt to fulfill the market demand’s capability, the products they have produced are holding a big potential to compete within the both
national and international markets.
Directorate of Small and Medium Industry For Food, Wooden Goods, and Furniture arrange tutorials for the Indonesian small and medium
food industries in order to support their development and to upscale their industrious competency. The tutorial featuring numbers of aspects
such as: the improvement of the human resources capacity in the both production’s technical and managerial fields,
the implementation of food’s quality and safety systems, facilitating the market expanding through promotion, and implement the networking
through link and match between the small and medium industries practitioners with all of the stakeholders within its important chains.

standard requirements and have export potentials, in examples: palm sugar, virgin coconut oil, spices, chocolate, cheese, mocaf (modified

Koperasi Nirasatria terbentuk dari sebuah kepedulian akan kehidupan dari para petani gula kelapa yang jadi mayoritas di Kecamatan
Cilongok, Banyumas, Jawa Tengah. Meski berproduksi, para petani di sana banyak menghadapi bermacam masalah dari mulai harga yang
tidak stabil, akses ke pasar yang sulit hingga hasil produksi yang tidak konsisten. Menyadari hal-hal tersebut, generasi selanjutnya dari para
petani kemudian mencari cara agar bisa membuat inovasi dari produk dasar yang ada. Tahun 2011, lahirlah Koperasi Nirasatria sebagai
wadah untuk memproduksi gula kelapa organik yang alami dan higienis.
Gula kelapa kami adalah gula kelapa organik yang terbuat dari nektar manis yang dihasilkan oleh pohon kelapa yang tumbuh di tanah Jawa
yang terkenal subur. Proses pembuatannya dilakukan secara minimal dan hati-hati dengan mengikuti standar produksi dunia. Hal ini
menghasilkan gula kelapa organik yang kandungan nutrisinya tetap terjaga sehingga produk ini memiliki kualitas yang tinggi. Indeks

Nirasatria Cooperation was formed after concern feeling about coconut sugar farmers’ livelihood - who are the majority at Cilongok

ketahanan pangan nasional dan isu bahan lokal. Maka, pada tanggal 14 Oktober 2014
berdirilah C.V. Serelia Prima Nutrisia. Produk-produk Serelia kemudian diberi merek
Oriflakes, dengan bubur sereal umbi Garut sebagai produk utama.
Bubur Sereal Oriflakes adalah bubur sereal pertama di Indonesia yang berbahan baku
dari umbi Garut yang kaya serat alami, bebas gluten (non gandum), dan mengandung
karbohidrat kompleks. Sereal Oriflakes merupakan kombinasi sempurna dari umbi
garut, gula kelapa, dan susu etawa yang sangat baik untuk pencernaan (lambung).
