Oral health care is a form of service in the health center. These services
include improved dental health, medical care and basic dental referral aimed at
the community, family and individuals, whether sick or healthy.
This type of research is descriptive quantitative and sampling techniques
proportionally stratified random sampling. The study population is families who
are in Puskesmas Medan Tuntungan 2015 consists of 6 villages as many as 6189
households and the number of samples taken as many as 95 families.
The results showed that the respondents' education high school graduate
as many as 46 people (48.8%), the respondent's income <Rp 1,800,000 as many
as 56 people (58.9%). Category access oral health care is good that 95 people
(100%). Category driver to act is good that 48 people (50.5%), categories of
knowledge against a perceived threat to the teeth and mouth disease was as much
as 65 people (68.4%), while knowledge of oral and dental health services

category of attitude towards the vulnerability and the perceived seriousness of the
teeth and mouth disease is a good 85 persons (89.5%), while the category of
